Hello i have been trying to unlock the bootloader of my poco x3 pro but every time i login the program it just takes me to the account management can anyone please help me

I'm looking for some help for an unfortunate phone.
I don't know where this phone came from, it has a very advanced system for what little it comes with. Basically I want to know if there is the possibility of putting a custom rom, that lowers that android 8.1 to 4.4.4 or 4.4.2.

The inscription is illegible. You need to insert a better quality picture.
its the pop up, when u block camera/mic access. so when you open the camera app, one popup will come asking if u want to unblock the access to use the camera or not, i just dont need the popup to ask me that.
