It turns out that the model I received was for the US market (the model number is SM-G991U1). I looked on the internet and it seems to be compatible with French 5G bands, however I do not pick it up. I have a Free 5G plan and I made sure to activate the 5G option on my Free account...
Do you have any information on the compatibility of this model with French 5G?

Pour le s21 5G version US, il me semble qu'il manque un certain nombre de fréquences. Sur la page US de Samsung tu peux voir les fréquences dispo pour l'appareil dans le descriptif.
Il me semble même qu'il y en a des manquantes pour la 4G.
J'ai un 9910 et c'est déjà pas la joie alors qu'il ne manque que deux bandes fréquences courante chez nous.

J'ai passé mon M1000 en ROM 1.72. Aucun problème et toutes les améliorations annoncées sur le forum. Mais j'étais en Allemagne et le M1000 n'a pu se connecter à aucun réseau mobile allemant. Message "Inscription sur le réseau impossible, connexion Internet active". Pourtant j'utilise les mêmes paramètres Orange World que par le passé (et pas de pb de roaming).
Quelqu'un peut-il m'expliquer et m'aider à résoudre le pb ?

mon operateur telephonique est SFR (france)
mon probleme est simple depuis que je suis passe sous WM6 je ne peux plus me conncter au WAP SFR qu en mode texte...le desagrement que cela me provoque ce que je ne puis plus regarder de photo de video et surtout plus acce a canalsat (j ai le forfait illimite canalsat)...

I installed black touch edition and i cann display normally sfr wap , but cannot access canat sat..
j'ai le meme probleme le black touch permet d'fficher normallement le wap sfr.
mais impossible d'acceder à canal sat ==> accessible unique ment aux mobile 3G
je viens de resilier l'option, je redescend mon forfait au mini jusqu'à la fin de mon engagement et je prend un forfait chez Free dès qu'il lancent leur offre 3G

I Just bought a french smartphone th "echo smart note 4G" whose you can find on internet searching "echo note 4G" (sorry, I have no rigth to post externals links :/)
And I wanted to install TWRP recovery on it that I found on needrom website, but, when I flashed the recovery.img, the phone just reboots in loop.
So, I searched for the entier stock ROM for flash it but i didn't found it. Anyone have an idea for how can I use again my phone?

As the title says, after multiple flashes of the kdz rom and other via twrp, I got the error message when inserting the sim card, that the phone was not allowed to connect to the mobile network. By dint of searching, I saw that the two imei were at 0. So I followed the various tutorials that hang out on xda and other websites, I could as you can see restore via qpst the imei of sim 1, but I didn't find a way to restore the one of sim 2.
To restore the imei of sim 1, I used RF_NV_Manager (position 550) with which I could do the procedure without any problem, for sim 2, unless another solution exists, it seems to me that I have to make a backup of the nand in qcn format, which I did, to then change the imei of sim 2 into hexa. Problem: I don't know at which address I should fill it in. On the other hand, I was able to locate the location of the imei n°1 that I just reflashed, but it's not very useful to me (00009c20 -> 00009c28).
Can someone give me the address of their imei number 2 in the qcn file, so that I know where to give mine?

Comme le dit le titre, après avoir flashé à multiple reprise les rom kdz et autre via twrp, j'ai eu le message d'erreur lors de l'insertion de la carte sim, comme quoi le téléphone n'était pas autorisé à se connecter au réseau mobile. À force de chercher, j'ai vu que les deux imei étaient à 0. J'ai donc suivi les divers tutos qui traine sur xda et d'autres sites web, j'ai pu comme vous pouvez le voir restaurer via qpst l'imei de la sim 1, mais je n'ai pas trouvé le moyen de restaurer celui de la sim 2.
Pour restaurer l'imei de la sim 1, j'ai utilisé RF_NV_Manager (position 550) avec lequel j'ai pu faire la procédure sans problème, pour la sim 2, à moins qu'une autre solution existe, il me semble que je dois faire un backup de la nand au format qcn, ce que j'ai fait, pour modifier ensuite en hexa l'imei de la sim 2. To change it to hex find a tool called IMEI Convertor. It will convert it over to the values you need to replace in QCN file.
How did you get RF_NV_Manager (position 550) method to work? I tried restoring on my LG K20 Plus but with no results. It would never write, just stalled.

Non, j'ai mis ma Sim orange et cela fonctionne. C'est pixel 6a que l'on m'a donné, mais j'ai un message qui me dit gérer par un administrateur google, et impossible de flasher la rom.

As to your phone, run its IMEI through an IMEI checking website. The site should tell you which carrier the phone was sold under. If my instincts are right on this, your phone will probably be reported as a Verizon unit. If so, it will be practically impossible to ever unlock the bootloader.
