Can you share your software version and csc? I have been trying to degoogle (almost there) and debloat my a7 lite and trying to speed it up without resorting to rooting. I went down the root path already and it just became headache with my banking apps. Thanks.

It's the Lollipop version for the nordic countries. Much more stable.
No, it will not trigger KNOX. Do not flash a custom recovery, that will trigger KNOX.
It's safe to flash. Go for it.
Yes, it's official Samsung firmware.

So far so good. I'm using it and there is no draining issue. I also did a factory reset after installing this firmware.

can I flash this on my 850M?
I read in another forum that when we flash a rom without the hidden image, the modem is not updating and we have to :
a) extract the rom and find modem.bin
b) open odin and flash modem.bin in the CP section of odin.
Can someone verify that this is true?

Not true.
I thought I would flash this to see if this fixes the wireless charging problem, but it does not. At present, on Lollipop the phone does not fully charge via Qi. Only charges upto 69%.
Is there a way to root this version?
why is this version 2GB when most i see are ~1.3

You can download the Indian version for G925i from here in Sammobile.
Install with Odin ver. 3.10, if you don't know how to, Google it.

update is great..
UI and animations are amazing but they haven't given the option to format SD card as internal. It can be done with Adb however without rooting just Google it.. .
Also the phone seems more snappy and fast..

New touch wiz is great especially the contacts app..
More or less similar than before only minor changes...
Since I have no plans to root it as of now so I can't tell you about twrp or anything..
Messaging is now very laggy on marshmallow. Lollipop was better!
Yet, overall, smooth update for our galaxy J500.
But i have 2 concerns. Please help me out:
1.After i updated my J500F to the indian marshmallow, my phone is permanently on roaming and the mobile internet(lte/3g/2g) doesn't work. Do you think it's related to this update? Due to the fact that i am from Romania and the rom is India?
2. Can i still root my J500F running on marshmallow with the same procedure of CF-AUTO-ROOT which is already online for lollipop?
Thanks!
Congratulations to the owners of models J500H

aight the thing is, i'm using nick verse's cm12.1 for j500f , and it's good, a few bugs but ok, and it's 250mb~ , this **** is 1.1GB with probably full of crappy side apps which requires extra effort to wipe off of phone and still takes so much space in memory right? I guess i'll wait for cm13. Any suggestions? should i be using this?

Installation of this version does not affect the warranty
If you of course do not have installed TWRP or ROOT the warranty is not removed

What about CSC? I only see Home_CSC. I will try it as soon as possible. Thank you for uploading it
:good:Thanks for ROM it!!!
Nice work!!
thanks!
downloaded and installed. works flawlessly although I assumed it would wipe my data (running Batman 1.5) but it didnt and instead upgraded to Oreo without a single glitch while retaining all my data. will monitor over the next couple days to see if the "dirty flash" affects any functionality and battery life and revert.
EDIT: lost my root access as expected of course.
.I've also been with me in 10 minutes without any mistake, keeping the data 100%

No way to root right now... Best you can do is to install the U firmware to remove some bloat.
What is the basedband of the U firmware to download it and can be rooted
