Question Enabling 5G on Samsung at Android 12 (Qualcomm) - Samsung Galaxy A52 5G

Hi All,
For Samsung phones(Qualcomm) at Android 10 and 11 we could enable 5G for some carriers which already was disabled by Samsung ,we can enable all bands with QPST but for enabling 5G we also need to go to GCF configuration and remove NR whitelist,
Is there any way for going to GCF configuration for removing NR whitelist or any other way for enabling 5G at Android 12?

Have u got the answer yet? I'm facing the same problem here too.

I have read many methods but nothing works. I don't have even the option in my setting page.
tried ( Nova Launcher - unlock phone )
I'm living in the middle of nowhere, cannot call without WiFi-calling. I thought all smart phone has this feature, but I was wrong. I like my new phone Honor 8x and I hope there is a Solution
please provide your help and support.

is it possible to have this feature with new software update or WiFi calling is related to the hardware ?
do you think that I can have wifi calling if I root the phone ?
I'm in UK and WiFi calling has always been available.

I will check in my 8X if it is available. Haven't used it so not sure.
still waiting for any solution, I have to drive 6 miles to get signal and make a call.
anyone figure out anything to make it happened ? VoWiFi - WiFi-Calling
Notworking in my phone
Sent from my Honor 8X using XDA Labs
I have it on my phone in UK. I'm stock and it's always been available.
still no WiFi-Calling solution ?
^^^
I have an Irish SIM and the carrier does not support wifi calling. No option in Wireless and networks | Call Settings menu.
My UK SIM supports wifi calling and that option is in the menu under SIM 2.
Looks to me to be added to the menu by the carrier enabling it.
Phone is European version JSN-L21C432. Not sure wifi calling is available in all regions and variants of the phone.
The SIM card that I'm using right now has been in iPhone and WiFi calling was working just fine. I have switched over to Honor 8x and the Wi-Fi calling never appeared at the settings never.
My version JSN-L22 8.2. 0.104 (c185)
EMUI version 8.2.0
Android version : 8.1.0
The SIM car that I'm using it has been in iPhone and the WiFi-calling was working totally fine. I have switched to Honor 8x and WiFi-calling never appeared in the settings.
version : JSN-L22 8.2.0.104 ( C185 )
emui version : 8.2.0

Same here. If you just want to access the network settings you can download an app like "ForceLTE" or similar.
I'm facing the same problem, I am appreciated if anyone have the solution?
Check your carrier and location
Whether you can use VoLTE or not depends on a few things:
* Your location, your account with your carrier, and the model of your phone.
* The carrier, carrier account, location, and phone model of the person you're calling.
* Some carriers support VoLTE only in certain cities or area codes. Contact your carrier to ask about your area and account.

Thanks for your reply, the problem is I have no problem to have VOLTE by using Galaxy S10 with same sim card and I couldn't find the volte "switch" in the oppo UI and couldn't turn on/off. As a result couldn't use the VOLTE function. Therefore I do think it is the firmware problem from Oppo.
I just thinking about if I could flash the official Taiwan rom of same global phone model to my current one for solving the problem. But I'm not sure if it is workable or not.

Ah. I have CPH1919 (UK) and only option is call over Wi-fi. There is also no way to get to the hidden service menu either like in every other phone I've had.
If you know for sure that Taiwan firmware has it, then I suppose, in theory, it would work providing that it is also definitely CPH1919 - any other variant has different partition structure. Be careful. Read around and let us know. Good luck
I have a CPH1919TW, it's using the same global firmware as CPH1919EX (even Oppo TW provides CPH1919EX ROM for download), the phone will ID itself as CPH1919TW.

ESIM Support

Hi guys,
I have a flip 5g but I do not see any esim option in settings.
Bought from samsung us directly.
Is there any way to activate the function maybe changing firmware?

Mobile Networks in Settings

In this video, at about 05:18, the steps for setting signal (5G, LTE) is shown
On our brand new Samsung S21 5G (two AT&T phones directly from Samsung) this setting does not exist
Is the OS Build update missing or something else ?
I believe this option is only available for the unlocked version.. Carriers are probably hiding this option
Good day.
If you want to change the band even if it's hidden, use this app.
Samsung Band Selection - Apps on Google Play
This app will help you access hidden network settings for forcing band selection

Hi,
I have the S21 Ultra on Tmobile, and I have this option on mine,

Is there any downside to installing it, disabling 5G (? possible ?) and then uninstalling app ? IOW - does disabling band require this app to remain on phone permanently ? Constant tweaking to keep settings ?
Disconcerting comment from a user posted on the app page

Lte only works but 5g comes back after restarting the phone. Users will have to remember to set it to lte only everytime they restart.

VoLTE and VoWIFI

I use the realme 7 pro on realme UI V1.0 and android 10, Build number RMX2170_11_A.34, Baseband version Q_V1_p14, kernel version 4.14.117, ColorOS V7. Using in Austria/Europe. Although both carriers (I use different ones with my two sim cards) support VoLTE and VoWIFI (it works well with Samsung S9+) I can't activate it on the realme because it is not even shown in the network settings. Is there anything I can do to make it work? I also tried changing the region of the device, but I always get invalid mmi code when entering *#3954391#. Also *#9434# does not work. I'm happy for any ideas, thank you!
U need to call your provider and tell them to do it, thats what i did and worked instantly
I'm on version RMX2170_11_A.36. Using in Germany/Europe. My carrier is Drillisch (o2 network). Both buttons are availble in settings. Only thing I'm missing is the VoLTE symbol in statusbar. VoWiFi symbol is present in the specific situation.

What are these codes for? Any source for this? Thanks
I also have no VoLTE option available. I am on Realme UI 2.0, build RMX2170_11_C.26. Before Realme7Pro I had Xiaomi phone and VoLTE was working there fine without any issues, so it is definitely activated on the operator side. Just Realme phone doesn't give me any option to turn it on...Any ideas how to enable VoLTE here?

No, it seems that it would require the operator to activate VoLTE for our phone model and I didn't find any hidden menu where I could force enabling VoLTE.
I switched to Oneplus Nord 2, but I have the same problem - I have 2 SIMs from different operators, where one has VoLTE option visible and second doesn't (while it was visible in Xiaomi phone)...
