If You find anything that would be better to change, add, etc just replay to this post!
It focus on Reparing Windows, get better Performance and done some mods.

After using this, my youtube homepage gone blank. None of the videos are there on youtube homepage. Is there a way to revert only that setting?
** Update: My mistake. I restarted my laptop 3 times and everything is back to normal now. Thanks for the batch file.

No problem.
Security is improved, it add some options that aren´t present by default. If you have problems in installing any program or recovering something you need to turn off some of the options i settings, security menu.

After I click on OK, the program does not allow me to remove anything.
When I look at the "about" information on the program, it says it is a freeware release, so I'm not sure why any time period would have expired.
I've tried to cook a couple of different A.30.09 ROMS with this, but had the same result, so I don't think it was a corrupt ROM.
Another hint is that when I tried to sync for the first time with Remover opened and working correctly, Activesync had problems syncing the Synchronized Files (probably due to remover.log being opened in My Documents). But upon the next opening of Remover, it gave me the above screen.
Does anyone have any information on this program/error?

I had the same problem as the OP... I couldn't find a way to remove any programs with Remover, and it appeared to be a time-trial lapse (?). Had to re-cook the ROM without Remover in it.

I guess the reason Remover ran correctly before my first sync was because the date was incorrect, and was changed during the first sync (to a date after the expiration date). I can't verify that, though, because I never checked the date before syncing.
It is interesting that I have no registry entries for Remover at:
\HKCU\Software\sk
Although, there are entries for CabInstl.
I wonder if it is possible to make this version work so there is no need to cook and flash a new ROM or install the program again, and consume RAM?

Replacing the file would indeed solve the problem, but it would also use ~136kB of RAM. 136kB is not that much to sacrifice, but it seems like such a waste since the old version is already in ROM. I was really just interested in seeing if the expiration date was controlled in the registry or file system for a quick fix. If it is hard-coded in the executable, there is no other choice.

I have a new ROM ready! It's another lite ROM, and is best suited for people who want to customize their apps and UI. The only Samsung applications that are left on here are the photo viewer and video editor. The former is there because I haven't found a way to remove it without completely breaking the photo plugin for Titanium and the latter is there because it didn't make sense to remove it when the camera is one of the i920's stellar features.
The pagepool has been increased from 20MB to 24MB. While this does reduce the available RAM by about 4MB, it should also speed things up a bit. I have also cooked in a few things to either improve on performance or to address issues with the phone: Chainfire's openGL drivers, Advanced Configuration Tool, Smart Lock, Orientation Detection, and the newest version of Microsoft My Phone.
Perhaps the best thing, however, is that I've resolved the dependency on SPlugins_480x800.cpr! It and the related files have been removed from my ROM, so that Titanium only uses Titanium_480x800.cpr, like every other WVGA device. This means that any Titanium plugins or themes will work without the need for any sort of modification.

Will it mess up my provider settings phone internet etc?

This is an English ROM for the CDMA i920, which is only on Verizon Wireless. It will not work on the i8000.

First you need to use the Category Editor to create sample_dir in P*.
Once that is complete, find your link in the list and change the category to sample_dir.

I have it installed to my storage card, what is yours named?
Do you have a bluetooth sharing folder on your device? I've seen a issue where sometimes that folder is not always accessible and can cause errors when I traverse the file system.

Tried it out on my Touch Pro 2. Its definitely the folders not always being accessible, now its time to see if I can get the remote debugging working.

I have to update my signature.
Now i have running the newest official htc ROM. This comes later on the day.
I will report later the rest of my tests, but so far so good.
Aparently there are three distinct startup screens. This is a guide to changing the last one, in my case its the O2 bubbles screen:
You need a 800x480 pic, rename/convert it to '00.png'
1. Use 'Root Explorer' and browse to the /system folder. (you can of course use any of the other file explorers with root permission out there)
2. There is a button above the folder list called 'Mount R/W' click it.
3. Now navigate to your '00.png' file and copy it.
4. Navigate to the /system/customization/BootAnimation/images/ folder and rename the '00.png' thats there '00bak.png'.
5. Paste your '00.png' file in there...DONE

Nope, the /BootAnimation/images/ folders don't exist.
On 2.1, I found a /system/media/bootanimation.zip
with sub dirs /part0, /part1
in /part0 there is a 00000.png (which is the O2 boot screen).
Didn't try changing it, but I bet that will do the trick..

The bootanimation.zip IS the file you wanna change if you want a different boot up screen. I have a bunch of bootanimation.zip from previous Android device and they work but for some reason when I try to create my own or even just modify the stock one and re-zip, it just comes up with a black screen.
didnt get the stock dell logo animation that comes with the att streak, but i did get rid of the o2 logo and its been replaces with the stock android one (looks rather android 1.0 -ish). and i guess thats more relevant.

Hmm....the link doesn't give a very good explanation about every scripts and what it do.....it just a code of the scripts and it doesn't give any explanation about it....
About the loopy option..
It says to put our launcher name in order to work.
Do we need to put the exact name (as it is in data/app/..) like com.android...apk?
Quick question....is the code merging issue being worked on for theming options as to not be forced to download launchers??

At the very least there could be a better description under the option.
Like enable sysctl has the description " enable sysctl tweaks at boot", which adds no information. Why not just say "performance tweaks"?

I also would prefer a better description. Just making a sentence out of two words does not explain anything. It is not necessary to explain the exact programming. But things how - what does the setting do; is the activation of one interfering with another one; is there, because of interfering, an order in which they should be activated;... - would be really nice.

So any news about a good documentation of the Init.d scripts??
I don't know which ones to enable if I don't know what they do!!
