[Q] How to get back to stock

So my phone was rooted until I got the 4.3 update( Silly me for updating). Once I got the update and Samsung Knox appeared on my phone It said I had to disable it, well after following this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2565758 it disabled Knox, but I have some sort of problem with updating the SuperSU binary?

I click continue then is asks if I want to use Normal or TWRP/CWM
I do not have a custom recovery, so I clicked normal. Then it pops up that it is installing
after 2-10 seconds it fails and asks me to reboot and try again
I spent 4 hours yesterday trying to get it work and searching the forums(and google) for answers. At this point I am completely stumped on what to do. Any ideas? Can I get back to completely stock somehow so I can try again? Or is there a way to update SuperSU?
I will be checking back this is not one of those posts where someone asks a questions and does not return

Give this a try while phone connected to PC, run "adb shell" command, you should see $ prompt, then run "/system/xbin/su", you see root's # prompt. Please verify this before we proceed further.
I ended up just flashing stock then doing it all over again and it worked. Sorry for the late reply and thank you

Reflash whole firmware via adb: http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-e-2015/general/guide-restore-moto-e-2015-stock-firmware-t3044936
Pro tip: Never delete apps you don't know, just freeze em. :)

I have boost mobile lte
Reflashing your ROM should only be done as a last resort. You can hard brick your device if you don't do it right or use an incompatible ROM. I stress this with all Moto E surnia varients because not all ROMs are available yet. Trust me.
For force close issues, make sure you have a TWRP recovery installed. Boot into it.
Under Advanced, select Fix Permissions. Allow to fix, should take less than 20 seconds.
Reboot
Most of the time this will solve your problem.
Otherwise, you can always try to reinstall the system apps you think might have caused the issue.
If you're not rooted boot into stock recovery, wipe cache, and do a factory reset. Or you can try through the settings, but I don't know if that will work.

Problems with Update

Hi,
the System Updater says that the "cm-marmite-b3b146b7b3-to-a1478a0ee9-signed" update is available. When I start to download, the updater seams not download the update. After a while it breaks off. Anyone a idea to solve this issue?
(Sorry for my bad English. I hope you cloud understand my problem)
Thank you!
Hello, Did you download by wifi or 4G?
Best regads.
I tried both and both had the same result - the download fails. I think the internet connection is not the problem. For eg I have no problems with downloading APPs from the PlayStore.

The system store the update in 0 > Android > data > com.cyngn.fota
So I have tried to install the cm-marmite-a1478a0ee9-to-7aa1c7975e-signed in the recovery but this is the result:

I already read this but I have no idea where I could get the fastboot image. On the cyanogen's support site it is not available.

Question S23 extract mcfg_sw.mbn euro / global model

Since the S23 is now Snapdragon only, can someone please extract these?
I want to try them on my Pixel 5a in an attempt to get VoWiFi working
If you can post a guide on how to pull them, I can help you
There is probably 2 ways:
1) extract from fimrware (when I get the time I am going to try next week)
2) using a root browser like root explore from the file system
@JazonX are you rooted?

Going to take a guess.. Can you check
/system/vendor/rfs/msm/mpss/readonly/vendor/mbn/mcfg_sw/generic
or /system/vendor/firmware_mnt/image/modem_pr/mcfg/configs/mcfg_sw
We are looking for files named mcfg_sw.mbn
If that yields nada, we can search the entire filesystem using adb shell (or termux for on device search)
find / -iname 'mcfg.sw.mbn' 2>/dev/null
let me know if you want more details on the find stuff.
edit: this is how I did it:
