[Q] Carrier Aggregation Support?

Does this device support carrier (band) aggregation across it's LTE bands? I noticed one version supports LTE bands 2, 4, and 12 which would match my T-Mobile service perfectly.

N10 not detecting 5G networks

Hi,
There are 3 carriers offering 5G in my city at the moment, which are using bands that N10 supports, but it's not connecting with 5G and when I search manually, it shows only networks up to 4G. The phone is updated.
Which version? EU or NA ? And does your provider have 5G?
Have same issue with NA version in Germany. with *#*#4636#*#* you can enable "NR network" which is 5G. but not in normal settings - typing 5G in setting search does show some additional settings that are invisible - i suspect it might be disabled and i don't have 5G provider anyways.
EU version (BE2029). It turns out that NR is enabled by default.
Now I realized that for some reason I have NA ROM 10.5.9 BE86AA instead of 10.5.9.BE89BA one.
Flashing the EU ROM did not help.

What did you flash? Boot image or cross-flash with msm download tool?
I did a 'full OTA' update through system app using update file from this article https://www.xda-developers.com/oneplus-nord-n10-5g-oxygenos-10-5-9/
I have tested again with a new 5G enabled SIM and everything works as expected - Obviously the system disables the 5G settings without a fitting SIM. This was with T-Mobile Germany.
ROM is 10.5.9 BE86

No issues with NA version on US TMO with the correct SIM.
I have 5g working in USA on Visible (Verizon). I had to enable NR in the *#*#4636#*#* settings. It's resets after reboot unfortunately. Hopefully an update will allow us to select 5g from the normal settings menu. A but disappointed this phone didn't come with that option already enabled.

Spoke to soon - 5g works, but about 30% slower then my 8pro. Also doesn't connect is weak places the other one does ??
Mine works great on TMobile USA 5G. I did try an Unreal SIm (AT&T) and it does not get 5G, the setting for Preferred Network Type drops the 5G all together as an option.
I was wondering if the Canadian version is the US or International version? They have different 5G bands.

Probably - so does international. You should get the detailed lists of bands for both phones and compare them to your carrier's bands.
I almost made a huge mistake of buying another of their "global" phones from China, but when I checked their bands, it was missing some US 5g and LTE bands.

5G Network Bands

Hello,
I am looking to buy an unlocked S21 from Samsung Canada store (SM-G991W) and I checked here :
S21 differences that the following 5G bands: n2, n41, n66, n71 are the ones supported by the Candian model so my question is:
Is it possible to change the supported bands? For example, if I travel to a country where the used 5G band is the n28, will the S21 support this band. If so, how please?
Btw, I have seen some users changing Network bands on Samsung devices without root so I want to make sure that it works with the 5G bands especially from someone who have a S21 please?
Here is the link of the short tutorial: Un/Locking LTE Bands on Samsung I am talking about.
Thanks for your help

The SM-G911W had the following technical specifications for mobile network 5G: 2, 5, 25, 41, 66, 71, 260, 261.
Check here for differences of the S21 5G variants:
Samsung Galaxy S21 5G Model Number SM-G991* Differences - TechWalls
There are a lot of model numbers of the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G on the market but all of them start with SM-G991. To find out all the differences, you can check the comparison table below.

AFAIK this is caused by hardware. So no software related "unlocking".

SM-G996B/DS support 5G in US

I have one unlocked Samsung G21+ International version under T-Mobile that doesn't connect to their 5G network. Is this a limitation in the phone? How can I check compatibility with their 5G?

I think if you look at specs from gsmarena, you can see the 5g bands your variant is capable of. Assuming t-mo uses the sub6 technology, then just check which bands they use, if there's a match, it should work.
But, if t-mo uses mmwave exclusively, your device doesn't have that ability.
Should be pretty easy to find that info with google.
Yes, I did and unfortunately the frequencies from T-Mobile is not in G996B/DS .

No. Definitely not with T-Mobile or AT&T, don't know about Verizon.
