Question Not Able To Use File Sharing On Windows 11 - Windows 11

My Windows 10 PC recently updated to Windows 11, but after updating I am unable to use File Sharing option since it is not working. Could anyone please help me solve this problem? I can't remember what I did in Windows 10 to make it work.

After posting this issue here, I searched through the internet, found a few articles that described this issue. After reading this article, I remembered what I had done in Windows 10 days. I re-enabled file sharing with the help of this article, and now I am able to share files without any hiccups.

The article you are referencing is giving you a very bad advice: "enable SMBv1 support". It is an old protocol, very insecure - that is why it is disabled in any new installations by default.
If you still need help fixing this issue, I might be able to help - contact me on Telegram: {Mod edit}

@viktak I've edited your above post and removed the reference to Telegram! Same applies to this post. Regarding social media links please observe that as an exemption from the last bullet of rule no. 5 of the XDA Forum Rules, we grant only developers the privilege to share references to their social media in their own development threads and if thorough support is provided in the thread. These conditions obviously don't apply to your posts, threads or you. Additional information is also available here:

Discord server for fans and faster troubleshooting (9T/ Pro)

Hi,
I recently created Discord server for all of you (mi 9t/pro fans) to discuss about news but in faster way.
There will be roles which tells you who is developer, who is rooted and more! It's up to you which roles do you want.
There is also troubleshooting text channel where you can discuss your problems with this device, with other people.
I made this server because i'm annoyed to wait until someone response and i think this will be useful when someone, for example, will brick the device and have no idea what to do with it.
You can join server here: Mod Edit: Link Removed
PS: If this is against the rules, i will remove it asap

Feel free to edit your post accordingly. I always use those brackets to indicate where I edited. I believe it's not fair to the author of a post not to let him know where I did what.

Themes / Apps / Mods Magisk module for Better experience

I have noticed that with the continuous updates, there are microlag problems, slowdowns and more rare problems that ruin the android experience..
In view of this, I spent a lot of time developing a magisk module that improves everyone's experience without compromise, and I succeeded, I thought I'd publish my project to offer everyone the possibility of having an excellent experience also on Android
I created a telegram channel where I post every update and change log of the project, of course I also accept criticism and advice!

@StarWalkerXY Welcome to XDA! We appreciate that you've joined XDA to share your module with the community.
However, I've removed the reference to Telegram. Regarding social media links please observe that as an exemption from the last bullet of rule no. 5 of the XDA Forum Rules, we grant only developers the privilege to share references to their social media in their own development threads and if thorough support is provided in the thread. In future, please refrain from sharing of links or references to social media unless you do it in your own development threads! Remember, a development thread requires that the work and its updates are published here on XDA and that the support is given in the thread.
