Hey guys! I'd truly appreciate if someone can help me or teach me how to disable the retail mode / "Demo Phone" that sticking on my notification bar on top.
I've installed the ADB & Fastboot but I didn't know what is the Commands need to be typed there.

ok. i have a BLU life X8. ive bee'n able to root it, but not unlock the bootloader. the problem, is that under developer options in settings, theres a non working "oem unlocking" switch. i press it, a dialog box says "are you sure" i tap "enable" and the box disappears, and then the little switch moves from the on position back to the off position immediately. does anyone know of a fix for this? ive restored firmware, and still nothing. i am able to run root commands, if that will help. is there a way to flip this bit with an adb command or HEX editing? maybe some nvram mod? im well versed, please point me in the right direction

Options > about tablet > tap build number 7 times
This will unlock developer options in your settings, you'll find it right at the bottom. Look for demo mode amd turn it off.

I hope i can find anyone here, who can help me, because im searching now for about 5 hours how i can enable the "OEM unlocking" option in my developer settings...
So I've got a Lenovo Z5 with android 8.1 and ZUI 4, it runs on stock rom and the ADB Fastboot tool says that flashing is not allowed... So i looked into my dev settings for the OEM unlocking option, but i dont have one..
Does anyone knows how i fix it? Because there a some poeple who has unlocked it and flashed the phone :/

I have performed the treble check and it was positive incl dynamic partitions.
But it is the tablet from my wife, so i can't do such a GSI trial.
I've started trying to do this myself, but the traditional way of unlocking the bootloader via fastboot has left me in "Entering fastboot mode..." in red letters at the top of my device. I can get out of it just fine, but it never actually gets to the bootloader.
Anyone else encounter this?
And would the toggle in Developer options of "OEM Unlocking" be good enough? I had read that Samsung MediaTek devices like the A7 Lite only need that to switch that to unlock the bootloader but that doesn't feel right.

@grown_man Thanks. But not this one, I mean diagnose mode is the mode to export Qualcomm processor's diag port to OS or USB. So I can use scat to collect baseband info such as LTE/5G signalling.

Thank you @grown_man. Unfortunately, it failed on my phone. After running `setprop sys.usb.config diag,adb`, the phone automatically disconnects from the laptop and I can not re-connect it unless I re-active developer option.
