New Bootanimation Moto X 2014 to Moto G 2014

I have some old boot logo animations lying around on my computer from my days before buying the moto X 2nd gen from the moto G 2nd gen and I was wondering what it would take to make them work on the moto X 2nd gen? Thanks ahead of time XDA community

No moto g4 plus will not update to android O,tell me have you saw a nougat update for moto g3 ,then howcome g4 will go android 8

The Moto G3 did not update to nougat because at that time there were problems with Lenovo, but Motorola has already confirmed the Update to Android O, only remains to see if it is true and wait

Good news .................Shame they can't support the devices for warranty properly ......... worst company I have ever dealt with will never buy from moto or lenovo again!

Every decent smartphone manufactured after 2014 would undoubtedly be capable, it's just that matter of what manufacturers think they should do, I don't think android o will be pushed to Moto g4 plus if Google will complete it and release after this September

I don't seem to see any roms based on android 11 for the power, why is that?
Also, I am trying to find the best rom for Moto G Power in terms of performance and features. What are the best options?

Moto's naming scheme is just awful, people have no idea which device they have.
If you see threads in the wrong forum report them.
I'm guessing a mod moved most of the threads you saw earlier, but it goes faster if they are reported.
