[KERNEL] Upstreamed Kernel for [SM-N7505]-hllte (Discontinued) - Galaxy Note 3 Neo General

Why am i doing this?Hello, since mseskir has upstreamed the android 4.3 kernel for the SM-N750/hl3g/Note 3 Neo (3G).
I would like to do a similar version for the SM-7505/hllte/Note 3 Neo (4G).
This will help with the development of future roms.
Can i help?Yes you can, you can upstrean the kernel too, the source code is available on github (you can only do this on linux or wsl).
There are a lot of tutorials on YouTube on how to do it.

[GPL SOURCE] GPL source code for the Android 4.0 / r14 SDK

kernel, platform, dev-tools, and "extra" source code!

Here are the GPL source files that match the 4.0 / r14 SDK.
Like we did for all Honeycomb release, this is NOT the full source tree for IceCreamSandwich, these are only the GPL parts that are in the SDK (along with a few associated files), and they're not enough to build the whole IceCreamSandwich for a device.

thanks for the link, but the code is useless - no UI libraries, no dalvik to boot JAR's,
no applications... still waiting until google releases the full sources in november
I agree it's mostly useless, but the kernel source at least provides the basic patches needed for the newer version.
the basic patches are for the emulator only.
we need drivers from LG for our hardware, at least a kernel dev like franco can port the drivers to the 3.0
tree, but its a lot of work ... and currently he didnt have a lot of time.

- Some implements in standard Linux kernel options(mainly for development, will also be used in my later projects)

Ulefone S7: Kernel source / config / devicetree, etc

Hello folks,
I'm looking for the kernel source tree, defconfig, device tree for the Ulefone S7.
I've only found a source tree for a device calle Elefone S7, but I'm unsure whether it's the same chipset, and their kernel is pretty ancient (3.18.22), heavily differing from upstream version (6942 files changed, 2855793 insertions(+), 122204 deletions(-)), no defconfig for the device.
Could anyone help ?
What I finally like to do is porting to recent mainline and submit remaining patches for mainline integration.
thx
