i cannot find the "in-display fingerprint" on my lenovo legion phone pro 2. how can i install it to get my fingerprint scanner to work?

Where us factory test?
If it's "factory reset", I've done that many times . Doesn't work

but i still can't get the root access.

now I can root my honor 4x with King Root 4.1.
however, there is only one problem.
whenever my phone is in sleep mode (whether the phone screen is automatically closed or i close it), the phone automatically restart.
is there any solution for that?

issue caused by root or by something else?
whats changed since the reboot started? drop the phone?
it's like being a doctor and your patient tells you they don't feel well. by what has changed?their diet?their sleeping pattern?stressed at work?etc so many possible issues.
help yourself by giving as much information

Now the phone is rooted and no other problems.
solution is that i just upgrade the build number to B379.
btw, do you know how to add one more google account in CHE2-UL00.
i just installed google playstore from huawei center and it can only be added one account.
can help me, plz?

download Gmail
hit the menu tab on the top left corner
go right down to find "settings"
select add account.
i usually add mutiple google accounts though the actual OS settings tab. i guess you have already tried that and wanted to know another way.

you can still root with KING ROOT 4.1.
but cannot root THE B381

what version of gmail are you using? and you got the gapps add on from Huawei?
I don't own this phone anymore. I sold it on and I had the EU version which came with it.
I have another phone with kitkat and it is easy to add from android settings and clicking accounts. however the method I told you was adding another account from gmail directly.
also off topic, you can unlock your phone bootloader if required- which will void warranty. you can flash a custom recovery and flash supersu this way if you cant root kingroot way. also you can probably flash official gapps.
but if you have root, you can use tools such as flashify or flashfire to flash custom recovery.
always make a back up before you do anything crazy as well

How did you upgrade the phone?
Mine is already rooted through Kingroot and when i try to upgrade to Lollipop it says installation failed without a reason why it failed.
i copied the update.zip to my dload folder in SD card.
Should i rather use the internal memory to do it?
I did it through EMUI manual update by the way.

I have a problem with my s6 edge finger print sensor. I have been reading alot of forums and trying to fix the problem but problem is still there. Finger print sensor gives the massege (finger print sensor not working, try again or restart your device)
1. I have restarted it
2. Tried Factort rest and safe mode
3. There was no software update when this problem acoured
4. *#0*# sensor test shows .. version :null and fingerprint sensor start failed.
5. Cannot open it in application manager... all the options there like , force stop, clean cache or data are not accessible.
So please help me solve this problem

Flash stock firmware. Should fix it. I can tell you for a fact Samsung doesn't disable it to make you buy a new phone

Not working can mean diferents things. What are the symptoms? App crashing, no localisation....
Did you try to wipe app data, uninstall / reinstall?
Are autorisation well granted?
Version of system?

first time buy this phone almost 2 years, i never problem with uber driver or uber customer, cause im uber driver on indonesia till now..

I can able to open app and till from and too i can give but when i give confirm pickup error "there was an error processing your request . If this continues, please visit help.uber.com "
Note: i was using moto z play before uber does not have any problem only on onepus x all the uber account are saying this error.

Did you tried via Wifi?
Autorisations in the app menu? (Settings / applications / /all/ Uber/ autoriastions)...

I installed yesterday the G rom (6.1.3.2 G) from chinese A and all worked nice but fingerprint and home button. Im trying to install again the chinese A but recovery asks me for a password and I tried the meizu account's one but it doesnt work. Any solution? Im stucked at this point.

From a computer or phone browser, try to access your account. If it is not possible, try forget password.
