Im not sure, but going Mate 10 lite firmware to Mate 10/Pro firmware might not be a good idea. Different hardware and all.

It can't do single - > dual sim, but it is free.
Yeah you are definetly going to brick your mate 10 lite if you "manage" to install regular mate 10 Oreo. So you should wait for official update.

Im sorry to tell you that there IS no way to Flash rom anymore for recent Huawei devices.
Like you, i want to flash mine. (evr-al00 to global or european rom)
Maybe be there's a guide...
