There is any app or hack or mod that allow the s2 to record at higher framerate and reduced resolution?
Like 240fps and 320x240.
Or maybe 120fps @ 640x480

Lol you read that right just few minutes back i was explorer in Jelly Bean rom (beta) that i flashed a day ago.
I tap camera app and was testing camera behavior in JB. Then i tap video mode & started recording a HD movie in low light ! ( Low fps about 17 frames) afterwards i switched to 1080p suddenly realize that i was able to zoom-in !! However video qualility was very bad & about 15 FPS.
I think its due to Jelly bean which is not ready yet to perform cause i am able to record upto 30 FPS on ICS in low light.
There's one more news guys just a week back i recorded a movie in 1080p with LGcamera App , Mind you ! I got 49Fps !! Almost 40mbps bitrate.
My settings were:
Video resolution : 1920 x 1080
Video encoder : H.264
Video Bitrate: 60
Video Frames : 60
Rest all default.
I do have proof if you want i can upload the video however quality is worse !
About the video i recorded in 49fps i don't have it anymore cause i accidently deleted it .
Both of these symptoms happen once ! I am trying now but can't zoom-in 1080p
I am just wondering , the XP can process 1080p video capture , it should handle atleast a 480p slow motion video ?
Is this all hardware based , or is it something to do with the software and if it is , can it be done ?
Slow motion = slowed high speed video = 60 fps video.can be used for 0.5x 30 fps video
It can be possibile(stock JB camera app has 0.5x slowmotion) but require a good hardware for record high speed video and software to save it as slow motion(camera app principally, and libs that support 60 and more fps record)

Nope. Even the 4K video is at a variable framrate so not of any great use as the frame rate changes from 15-25. I guess we'll have more access to camera functions once Android L comes out as it is supposed to have API's that give better control of the camera.

Is there any mod for 1080p 60fps or 45fps recording with HDR? If I recording with HDR it's only 1080p 30fps and this is too slow for me.
I want this mod, because if I recording 1080p 60fps is too dark.

You can't have 60fps recording in the dark simply because there isn't enough light available. You would either have to bump up the ISO or have a larger aperture.
