Last month, Samsung commenced rolling out the Android 12 replacement to the Galaxy Note 10 series. However, it used to be restrained in some Asian and European markets. A few days later, the replacement was once launched in South Korea. The employer has now launched the replacement to the Galaxy Note 10 in Canada and the US.
The Android 12-based One UI four replace is rolling out to the carrier-locked variations of the Galaxy Note 10 and the Galaxy Note 10+ in the US. It comes with firmware model N97xUSQU7GULD. The unlocked gadgets of the smartphones are getting replaced with firmware model N97xU1UEU7GULD.
The replacement is rolling out in Canada as well, and it comes with firmware model N97xWVLU7GULD. The two smartphones are additionally getting the January 2022 safety patch with the new replacement to restore a number of vulnerabilities.
If you are a Galaxy Note 10 or Galaxy Note 10+ person in Canada or the US, you can test for the Android 12 replace by navigating to Settings » Software replace on your system and tap on Download and install. You can additionally download the modern firmware file from our firmware database and flash it manually.
The One UI four replace brings a revamped consumer interface with the Color Palette feature, increased widget styling, a new widget picker UI, increased AoD and Dark Mode, and multiplied variations of all inventory Samsung apps. Samsung has additionally brought extra elements to Accessibility, Bixby, Bixby Features, and the Device Care section.

Thanks for the informations, but I think you're in the wrong forum.

Samsung is testing TIZEN on a Galaxy S III

Looks like Samsung is busy to test TIZEN on a Galaxy S III device.
Samsung just got a WIFI certification for it.
What Samsung is doing with TIZEN on the Galaxy S III is of course a question.
Maybe Samsung is testing TIZEN on a phone with the same specification, or is TIZEN just some big application?
Who knows… Samsung delayed the first TIZEN devices to 2013.
There are also rumours say that Samsung will merge TIZEN with Bada to create one new platform for the low/mid-end market.
Samsung want to introduce the first devices in the begin of next year, maybe at MWC 2013 in Barcelona.

Well i believe Samsung is trying to move away from bada and in case it merges bada with tizen, then light will be shed over those god forgotten phones otherwise i think they are done for good.

*S.O.F.A*2SHAYNEZ*K.C.C.O*
......I'll wait for the 3 mega
haha this is not Mega 2. It's a plus. Remember Galaxy Tab Plus? and then Tab 2. So it's a Plus not 2.
Probably I will get the galaxy mega plus. With snapdragon 400 it's going to be a beast! Can't wait to get aosp roms on it!
Lol so only diff is a quadcore ......
*S.O.F.A*2SHAYNEZ*K.C.C.O*
Now if it was a mega 6.3 then that would be cool..and looks like by the specs it has no HD screen either.
Sent from my SGH-I527M Mega 6.3
I want quad core and more ram...higher resolution screen too.... but im content with my mega now. Will wait for more open development before i buy another mega.
That is really cool,i'll wait for that,
i see this post are dead.. is it come in market now ?
Sounds like a waste to me. Since everything in the Note 4 will be updated, the least they could do is make this new Mega closer to the Note 3 specs.

Wow
finally!! like i say it few month ago!!
It's BACK! Yes! Well, will see the true specs of the Note 8. If it has no 4k display or dual speakers, i ll get my note 7 back!
Too bad samsung only released it in their home country...talk about favouritism..guess they could care less about anyone who isnt Korean.
Thats BS...should be available to everyone direct from samsung.
Not cool.
Sent from my S8+, S7 edge or S6
that's really strange if Samsung doesnt sell NOTE 7 FE in other main markets such as Canada and USA. Think about it, what if:
1. someone bought it in South Korea and travel to N.America with it? Is this allowed?
2. People are selling it on ebay then there's no control of it unless they are blocking the IMEI like what they have done in Canada last year.
They should just restart the productinon of the note 7.
They should have released it with the s8 or along with note 8.
First Unboxing !!!!!

What is the situation on the CPU. One report suggests Samsung will use the Snapdragon 821 but the Korean version usually uses Exynos.

Do not use Samsung reward points to redeem the VR headset

DO NOT uses you're Samsung Pay points to redeem the gear VR headset. It doesn't specify which version it is.....I thought it was the 2017 version like they did last year with the Note 7 getting the 2016 version but this version is the 2016 version. I'm out 12000 Samsung Pay points and Samsung won't refund or send a 2017 due to "terms and conditions" specified.

i've read that the 2016 works anyway, its just a bit tight.
Hmm.. we have a 2016 for our s7 edge... I'll see if my note 8 fits in it now.
EDIT: The old gear vr has the different charge port, so you can't plug the note 8 into it. Its not a matter of size, its connections.
Maybe you can flip it on ebay?

Question Is dual frequency GPS supported?

There seems to be no reliable information online about whether the Galaxy S23 Ultra supports dual frequency GNSS on the GPS or Galileo networks, can someone check please?
Screenshot from my current OnePlus 8 Pro using the GPSTest app shows the dual frequency as L1/L5 & E1/E5

Thank you in advance
Looks fine here
Works fine on SM-S918B/DS with CSC EUX. Receive L1/L5, E1/E5/E5a, B1/B1c/B2a ...
Thank you for your replies!
Samsung.com spec sheet doesn't mention it, and after some Googling one website reports that it was removed. After Samsung.com showing QZSS being removed, I was worried that they took this away too haha
Nice! Has the software stack been implemented to get that 10cm accuracy?

I don't know! That's why I asked!
Let me expand on that a bit- It is known that dual-frequency gps devices can achieve 10cm accuracy. Reading through Sean Barbeau's blog from many years back, the capability was added to android 10 (or was it 11?) but no apps had been updated to take advantage of that capability yet. That was a LONG time ago- I bought a galaxy S10+ on release day in anticipation of that, that's how long ago it was- but haven't seen much about it since. Now that it's time to finally replace that S10+, I was checking in to see if there's any progress and to potentially validate which new hardware I should get...

S10 US (Snapdragon) did no have dual freq GPS enabled. And the Exynos versions that did have it still didn't have software support for sub-meter accuracy. My mission now is to see that if the software accuracy is now increased in any S23 Snapdragon variants.
Hi all,
maybe I missed the answer...
Does S23 Ultra european version have dual frequency gps?
Moreover, can it record phone calls (in Europe) using default Samsung dialer or app Phone by Google?
