[CLOSED] These are the issues facing in Vivo x70 pro - Vivo V20 Pro Themes, Apps, and Mods

Firstly.
Instagram app turns into dark mode automatically by itself and nothing can be seen especially if u go to setting options. It happens most of the time. I have to restart everytime this happens. Does it happen to you all?
Secondly.
How to remove Google from home screen swipe left? There is no options in home setting to remove it.. if i force stop Google app then Google lens doesn't work.
Thirdly.
Why is the number keypad for hidden folder and hide apps so small and way down below its very uncomfortable to type the password with such key pad.
If i have more i will add later... For now someone help me to resolve these problems.

[Q] How to customise lock screen on s4

Does anyone know how to customise the lock screen on the Samsung s4 I want to remove the clock and the words that say life companion off the lock screen, anyone have any ideas??
Swipe down on your lock screen and tap the icon that appears

There is not much you can do with security enabled...either that message screen (you can customize the message by the way) or the clock, No third party widgets unless you revert to slide to unlock. The demo of hover mode is pretty cool, though, but i will take security.

Is Contact screen motion sensitive?

When riding in a car and trying to access the contact list, the list will reset to the top contacts if you quit scrolling the contacts. For example if you scroll down to "Smith", stop the scrolling, the contacts will reset to "Adams". I cannot dial the contact it resets so quickly.
I cannot replicate the problem motionless.
Is there a setting that would stop the problem?
I am running Clean Rom 4.5.
Double tap to top is enabled in Settings --> Motion. Disable that and you should be fine.

Cyanogenmod 10.1 - Signal always changing (3G/GSM/LTE)

The top-right icon always changing like 5 times a minute.
Is there a way to fix this? Or is this intended? (Like is this how the original Touchwiz behaves just hides this information?)

Correction:
If I leave it on default, I have no data connection whatsoever.
- If I set "Only 2G", I have EDGE.
- If I select "LTE / WCDMA" by hand, I have 3G/DC (changing fast between the two)
- If I select a provider (there are THREE with the same name) by hand, I can get 3G/DC.
- If I switch around the "what is enabled", nothing changes.
This really sucks.
Is there a way to fix this behaviour? (I'm running CM10.1 - latest stable for S3 LTE i9035
I want the phone to switch automatically like it did with Touchjizz.

Thanks I used the report button, and wrote a topic on Cyanogenmod's forums as well. As it is *well* related to CM.
I'll report back so people will find a solution here or at least see what's up.
If no answer will arrive, I'll try to unroot my phone and go back to 4.3.
Fingers crossed.

Turn off physical keyboard shortcuts

I recently purchased a keyboard case for the tablet, but there are annoying keyboard shortcuts that I don't know how to get rid of, for example "Shift"+"Space" that brings up the input method screen which blocks everything.
I can see the shortcuts through the shortcut helper app in settings>inputmethods>physical keyboard but that shortcut isn't even there and I can't delete them so it's a lost cause really.
Same problem. I have contacted Huawei support about it, will let you know if/when a solution is found.
Shift+Space Alt+Tab
I think that they got together and decided how to make it unusable with an external keyboard on purpose.
Any feedback?
Help!
Any alternatives for this. It is very frustrating!
Same problem with my Honor 8s
I was trying to use some key mapper in my phone but is doesn't work cause right mouse button always takes me back
A N D
This makes me MAD

[Request] Simple app to send you to home screen

Hi, guys. I hope my post doesn't break any rules around here.
I have an Asus Zenfone 7 Pro, and I'm using gesture navigation. Sometimes, in landscape mode, it's harder to go to home screen by swiping from the side.
The phone has the "smart key", which is basically the power button with fingerprint sensor on the side. It has the option to customize it for various functions or shortcuts, but not to act as a home button. It has the option to open a certain app.
So, is there a way to make the simplest app that when opened it will send you straight to home screen and close itself? I'm trying to avoid rooting the phone for this.
Please
This may help.
On Samsung's I run One Handed Operation plus to allow multiple swipe gesture based switches from the sides of the display.
The link above describes how to implement a similar XDA app on non rooted phones.
