Hi, I was switching custom ROMs, when I booted to the custom from, I didn't have any IMEI (IMEI 1 and 2 were zero).
I installed MIUI but nothing happened
now I can't use my SIM cards.
I don't know what to do! someone told me that I could solve the problem by flashing a qcn file, but I can't find any qcn file for redmi 8a (olivelite)

flash the rom that was on the phone when you got it

i backed up all things in TWRP from MIUI9 fefore flashing RR rom, it was working fine, but when i restored backup from TWRP, then my imei is showing black, and sim not detecting, also wifi not working then now i again flash RR rom and lineage but same error, black imei and no sim and wi error
then i recovered only efs from back up in TWRP but nothing worked,
plz help me to get my IMEI back
and no sim/wi error

Flash frimeware bro.. I think solved. Base frimeware
solved the isue,
flashed the MODEM for rn4, works like charm, downloaded from here

This message appeared when I restored my backup.I have 2 backups and the message still appears.
I already unticked firmware and bootloader when recovering but still wifi,mobile data and bluetooth wont work! Im desperate and in need of help! What should I do? I heard some users flashed a firmware but still didnt work for them.
Which TWRP version? Did you use compression when you created the backups?
i have similair problem with my global Redmi note 4. I restored in TWRP and didn't untick the Firmware partition....No i have no IMEI and no baseband anymore after getting same error....

I fixed this problem by dirty flashing my ROM.
just download and flash the modem files. you can find it with a simple google search. flash this in twrp. everything should be back to normal.
Hello everyone, i just bought a s2 lite and tried to flash it but when i tried it gave me an error. The error was
"pmt changed for the rom it must be downloaded please select format all download" same with upgrade mode.
I red on some forums that the solution was selecting "format all + download" in sp flash tools and then restoring a nvram backup so you dont have the imei issue
I formatted my device using that method and flashed a stock rom i found in the umi forums, but when i boot my phone it seems like the screen is broken, you see a lot of colors and flashes.
I tried flashing again with other roms but i had the same result.
Please i need some help, i dont know what can i do now.

I have the same problem. Published ROM probably are not compatible, on the phone from the ROM 6 or 7 month 2018. But I can't find such
The new ROM is out that supports the newest S2 Lite hardware. The old (current) roms only supported old hardware, and with these roms your screen didnt work after reboot. this is the umidigi forum link to the new rom :

Unfortunately, I haven't made any backup and I can't go back. Now I don't have any ROM on my phone because the room i downloaded didn't work... I tried everything, we're getting errors 7, 1s. Tried to flash my ROM through xiaoflash, tried to find the lines in updater-script but there are non to solve the error 7. Now i cant do anything at this point. I need someones help please!!

if you have bootloader unlocked try flash twrp, format data and install a custom ROM, after, you can flash your original firmware if you want..so, if you don't have unblocked bootloader, you can use warranty
I accidentally wiped vendor in twrp while flashing in realme 3 pro. I didn't keep the backup file now i can't use the phone. I try to flash other custom rom but unforunatly it coudn't help me.
please help me out guys. It's an emergency
