hai i had done factory reset on my micromax a76 phone and after restarting it was fine and i had removed some unwanted apps trough a third party software during this process i had removed the google play store also now i am unable to reinstall it and if i try to reset the phone same problem it doesnt load the old apps which had come with my phone pls help out how get my phone back to original situation
U need to hard reset it after that ur phone will be back to original situation
Hi, I have an SM-J500FN and apps are randomly crashing. I have tried a factory reset and even an Odin reflash, nothing helps. It even happens on the setup screen when I factory reset the phone. I'm on android 6.0.1 not rooted. Has anyone had this issue and knows how to fix it?

seeking your kind help advice expertise to solve the issue of my device which is based on Android Recovery TCL/9015Q/PIXI4-7_4G 6.0/MRA58K/1472455179. The issue is that it keeps on rebooting, and also includes showing a dialog box unfortunately system has stop, google has stop, UI has stop, all install apps has stop. tried several time to wipe data/factory reset, but still same issue. FYI, my first attempt of factory reset, when i ever i restart the device it stay at the boot-loader.

Hi guys, I have an app that I am trying to reinstall on the same phone I performed a factory reset on. However it won't let me.
- Rooted.
- Hid with Magisk.
- Changed device ID and everything (I mean everything using Xposed)
Still somehow it detects it is the same phone. Help?
My phone was stuck on possible corrupt data need to factory data reset if message keeps showing up . So I dont want to factory data reset without getting my data. I have a MAC. How can i get into the phone via usb and save everything before factory data reset, or can i get into it and just fix the problem by doing the commands with the MAC. Its been 2 days and I am self employed and really cannot lose the cntacts or job photos or current messages with prospective clients. HELP ME PLEASE.
