After googling and trying so many v4afx apks and zips about 5 hours finally I found working zip for Redmi 9c.
It is working on Redmi 9c with miui 12.5 android 11.
This zip is for A11.
Not tested on miui 12 A10.
Just flash this zip in magisk and enjoy no need to download any other mod or zip.

I also tried to install xposed v87 SDK 23 arm64 by solar warez with zcx twrp in my redmi note 3 pro. I have MIUI 9 global dev 7.9.7 marshmallow. everytime i tried the phone blocked into the xiaomi's boot animation logo.

i've successfully used xposed-v87.1-sdk23-Magisk-MIUI9-edition-by-SolarWarez-20170612_mod us3r with magisk 16, unfortunately it doesn't seem to work with newer magisk

maybe it's late but if you actually flash the miui rom it'll flash the firmware before the system and vendor, works for me when I wanna install android 9 roms on android 12 firmware.
