The OnePlus Ace Pro is the same model as the OnePlus 10T. Now guestion. The software is the same also, is there going to be a thread for that phone or a thread for our phone. The 10T.
Also was wondering if anyone knows somewhere to get a new Back Battery Cover Replacement. To change the color. I would prefer the White back or the green. I can't find them anywhere. Not on eBay or anything.
If you know of a place or have any help please let me know.

Where is the 5% xioami margin and one plus. We know that the phone creates programmers with brands that open the source code and kernel source code. Really impressed by the price of REalme x50 pro, but when i came to see how its doing in XDA with modders support, Realme is really disappointing me from buying this amazing phone.
Yeah, wanted to buy the phone, then I came here, and found Realme doesn't have a development team, I bought the Redmi K30 Pro instead. More expensive, doesn't charge as fast, but 3rd party ROM is what's more important to me than anything else.

I also was disappointed in Realme's development support. So much so, I abandoned the idea of buying this cool phone (sure the OS would be okay for about a year max, but I want to have 2+ years like my OnePlus 5T) and bought a OnePlus 7T instead.
This phone caused me frustration

I recently bought a OnePlus 9RT. Which is a really nice phone but the thing I don't like is ColorOS and all the Chinese elements which are still left in the ROM. I was wondering if someone has experience with flashing a 9R rom on a 9RT phone? Since the hardware is almost the same I thought it might be possible but was not successful until now. Also since the 9RT is not yet listed on XDA I thought I'd post it here.
Hoping that somebody can help me or give me advice in this regard!

Maybe impossible...9RT runs with 888 soc while 9R runs with 870 soc...

Hope everyone is well, just sold my oneplus 10T 5G 16GB ram - 256Gb storage after 3 months and lost almost £300 in value as it sold for roughly half its new value what with ebay fees etc
Happy to take the loss to see the back of it quite honestly going back to my old oneplus 7T which still works perfectly and i can EDL reflash to my hearts content with no issues.
Regret buying the 10T in the first place but i had no idea oneplus / oppo merged and EDL msmtool would be with held from us all
Will never buy another oneplus device ever again so when my 7T dies thats it for me will go to a different phone maker.
I got same feelings. When my 6t battery and USB port started to get a lot worse I wanted to buy new 10T, but after doing a lot of research I realised that it's a bad idea because the first thing I do with the phone is getting custom rom and getting rid of Google malware. Which looks like to be impossible with 10T. So instead I fixed my 6T for like 40 pounds and it works like new. When it eventually dies I don't think I will go for oneplus again unless something change by the time.
Which phone today is best and easiest for rooting?
anything up to oneplus 9 i think !! can be EDL unbricked / rooted etc so i would go for one of those as a safety measure.
I went back to my trusty oneplus 7T which i can EDL unbrick, root, custom roms with no worries at all
I'm thinking of doing the exact same thing. My 10T 5G can't be loaded with LineageOS, like I run on my trusty 7T now. I've never put the new 10T on a network. Never put a sim card in it,
but it updated to a newer Oxygen or Android version or both. Probably via wi-fi with my home network. It really looks like a nice phone and I'm super disappointed Oppo decided to 'break' the access to EDL tools, etc. It's a shame. Now I feel just like leezaal, my 7T looks like my last OP. Every couple of weeks I charge it and it's always dead when I start. Maybe I should go to weekly. It just sits and while 'on' it's not active doing anything afaik. My 7T runs great. I'm very happy with LineageOS .
