Deleted MI Account recovery !!

Alright guys, so after surfing on the internet for two days without any luck to solve this issue, here's how I worked it out.
I know a lot of people might have gone through deleting their mi account before signing out from the phone and hence locked onto the deleted uid activate phone screen, right?
The official helpline suggests us to go to the service center but honestly the engineers over there don't know a **** either. All they know is how to hard reset the phone, if the problem is gone then - "EUREKA" !! , else "Well its a hardware issue, motherboard replacement is the only option, it will cost $$$$ rupees." Are you effing kidding me, its in warranty.
Even clean flash with edl mode or so doesn't seem to do the trick.
The only solution that worked was :-
1. Well obviously create a new mi account.
2. learn how to use edl mode, coz that's what's gonna help
edl - http://en.miui.com/thread-290959-1-1.html
How to use miflash with edl guide - http://en.miui.com/thread-235865-1-1.html
3. Download the oldest fastboot rom for your phone.
( I know this is the tricky part to find an old rom but try to go as low as possible, for me, having a redmi note 3, i went as low as 7.1.7.0 )
4. Download the latest recovery rom for your phone from here http://en.miui.com/a-234.html
5. Now enter the edl mode and use Miflash to clean flash the fastboot rom you downloaded.
Wait till the phone starts. The trick here is that older version of miui roms dont directly check for account status. Instead it gives us a choice to use an existing account or to create a new account.
So enter the credentials of the new account you created and log in with it.
6. Enable Find Device now. ( Yes this is important )
7. Load the recovery rom in the internal memory of your phone and use the updater app to update it to the latest rom.
8. It'll take some time to update, but after the phone starts you can see that you have the latest rom and it already has the new mi account logged in.
9. Open https://i.mi.com/ in pc and log in with your new account. Click on Find Device and let it locate your device. Somewhere on the browser you'll see the option to wipe your device remotely. Click on it and let it wipe your device.
10. After the phone is wiped and starts again, click next next until the mi account screen appears. You'll see that instead of asking password for the older account that was deleted, it'll ask you the password for the new account that you recently used. You already know the password so just enter it and voila the rest you know.
11. I suggest you perform a reset from settings -> additional settings -> backup and reset -> reset.
Yep this is it. You have successfully linked your phone with the new mi account. I guess its kinda overwriting it or so, but well who cares, the annoying device locked with deleted account is gone now. I know its a lot of steps and all but its certainly better than the alternative.
Adios people. Enjoy the unlocked beast.
i am on a custom rom (miui v8.1 on lenovo a7000) and am facing the same problem plz help
will this work on forgotten mi account? like waay forgoten that if i open wifi it locks my phone in just a seccond... redmi 3x locked bootloader and yes im in the old rom.
Sir, my mi account has been deleted today. My account mb. No .+919897992624.i want to recover my account.
my case I deleted mi account paramanently without signout my phone..
my case I deleted my account from mi cloud service without before sign out my phone (mi account option on the phone- sign out).
So, I know my account ID and password but they are useless because account is deleted.
If there is any possibility to restore/recover deleted account on mi cloud it would be perfect.Or maybe some other solution.
Device is locked through MI account but account is deleted
Hi ,
I am venky , Currently I am in Australia and my redmi note 4 device is locked I thought deleting account will solve the problem and deleted it and hard reset it but it still asks the password damn its been an headache for me and when i encountered your post the solution is convincing but It effect my phone longterm I mean to say that will I able to recieve new updates and if possible can you send step by step procedure again to [email protected]

Flashing old ROM is causing unknow imei error and wifi is not working too

FRP Bypass

Hey guys I recently bought a phone and it turns out to be google account locked. I managed to find a combination file to flash it but it doesn't match the firmware.
The firmware is G965USQU3BRK1, and the carrier is sprint.
The combination file I flashed is COMBINATION_FAC_FA80_G965USQU3ARG2_FACFAC_CL13230190_QB18909595_REV01_user_mid_noship_MULTI_CERT.tar and it resulted in the picture below.

Any help with bypassing the google account verification would be appreciated, thanks!
Hi this worked for me on the s7 and was advertised as working for the s9 hope it helps I cant post live links so just add www
youtube.com/watch?v=Ffnp1nvF1v8
Sounds like a stolen one? Even if you bypass it original owner might have blocked it on network. So you might not be able to use it.

FRP lock is an anti-theft measure and I doubt discussions circumventing it is allowed here (i.e. if they don't allow discussions of carrier unlocking financed phones, how would FRP bypass of a second hand phone someone bought be allowed?).
Your only real option is getting the person whom has the Google account last used on the phone to sign in with the Google account used on the phone. Then after signing in with the Google account perform a factory data reset of the device. After the factory data reset the FRP lock is deactivated.
Otherwise the other option is to return the phone and get your money back.

Q - Mi account locked phone

So, guys, my gf as a typical non geek gf managed to factory reset the phone and now she's unable to remember the log-in credentials in order to make it usable, so the phone is stuck on the familiar screen "this device is locked"
Phone is not hard bricked, is only locked by bootloader and the Xiaomi account.
Is this lock IMEI-based ? Is it bypass-able ?
Should I try to buy a dev acc and flash it through EDL - Test Point or it won't unlock unless we log-in with the bound account ?
Should I sell it to the local repair shop in order to be used for parts?
What should I do ?
Thanks in advance.
Login Mi.com , login, check your info (email, number and ID), If the phone ask ID, copy the ID from the account info. If password lost, reset password and put email. If it say can't connect network, flash ROM with miflash . There is many video on youtube. just search "Locked Mi Account" on youtube. And there is a guides on XDA guides.
final and simple solution?
flash the fastboot rom using miflash.
everything will be reset/ all data will be lost /phone will be factory reset
I tried flashing it but needs to log in to a dev account in order to flash it guys ... That's what I'm asking is that I'm aware of purchasing and flashing via fastboot and the whole procedure because of ANTI RB in my own Xiaomi, but will fastboot flashing via EDL and purchasing a dev account will solve the problem or it'll be flashed normally and when booted and connected to internet will lock up again??

you are just thinking to much... it doesnt ask dev account! simply flash the beryllium fastboot rom of atleast miui10.2.x global stable (2.6gb) via miflash tool released may2018. and skip the buttom LOCK from bottomRIGHT...
also
- poco don't have ARB Sh!t, so don't worry
- EDL cannot be done (unless you know how to remove the backpanel to short / test points and have authorize Xiaomi Account)

It won't flash because it needs edl authentication ... What I'm asking is that buying an authorized account will solve my problem or will successfully flash the phone and then ask again for mi account authentication...
I have the same issues, please tell me if you fix it ?

How to unlock bootloader on Huawei MediPad M6 10.8"?

Hi,
I've recently bought a Huawei M6 10.8". Unfortunately, it doesn't have Google Play (and the rest of the services). I'm trying to install it to it, tried to ask how to do it without unlocking the bootloader, didn't get an answer (probably because it's not possible). I've been reading and got mixed answers if the bootloader is unlocked I lose the warranty. I've read through the policy, didn't seem to find anything about that, so I assuming it's not the case. Either way without Google Play (and co.) the tablet is quite useless, I'll have to open the bootloader, get TWRP on and flash OpenGapps or similar.
I've been trying to follow this guide, but after issuing:
Code:
fastboot OEM unlock
...I get permission denied with Factory Reset Protection (FRP) locked. When I go the developer options, there is a grayed out "Enable OEM unlock" option, but it doesn't allow me to switch it on. I know the password and everything, but how can I disable that FRP Lock? The internet is full with options when I don't know the password (none I tried seem to work). Please help, thanks!

The official bootloader unlocking method for Huawei device was stopped by the company pretexting they wanted to guarantee a bug-free experience and that ROM-flashing and other modification ruined the experience : https://www.xda-developers.com/xda-huawei-decision-stop-bootloader-unlocking/
That was back in 2018, there are still unofficial methods to unlock bootloader, but I won't because they're all paid methods by some shady apps.
So if guess that's why OEM Unlock is greyed out, and even if it isn't, when you'll try to unlock the bootloader, it'll request a code that you don't have...
Sorry man, the moment Huawei stopped allowing users to mod their Android device was the moment I started to hate them. What is this, Apple ?
Wow sorry, I got carried away, please don't ever get me started on that lol.
Hope you'll still have a good day
Both my wifey and me have a Huawei phone in use. We use the phone as it is meant to be used by OEM. We aren't interested in modifying anything on them because they have all the features we wanted to have. We don't want to transform them to another one because we don't see any advantage in doing so. Those Huaweis for us are a tool, not a toy.
We knew what we buy.
Thanks for the info Raiz. You mention some "shady apps". Which is the most trusted out of them? Thanks
@antivirtel
To install Google Play on devices where it is missing it's not required that device's Android got rooted or device's bootloader got unlocked. If people say it has to be like this, they're idiots.
The Google Play package consists of at least 4 APKs that install as user-app:
1. Google Account Manager APK
2. Google Services Framework APK
3. Google Play Services APK
4. Google Play Store APK
Knowing this you've to download the 4 APKs matching your phone's Android version and OEM and install them . APKMirror is probably your best bet for trusted Google Play Store APKs.
After you reboot, you’ll find the Play Store and Google Settings shortcuts on your home screen. Tap “Play Store” and you’ll be able to sign in with an existing Google account or create a new Google account.
It may not appear to work normally after you sign in, but just give it some time. The Google Play Store and Google Play Services will automatically update themselves in the background. This may take as much as ten minutes.

Hi,
Actually none of them, because they're all paid method. Don't try that please. You can try what jwoegerbauer suggested and see if it works, but please don't pay something to root your phone, it is very unsafe and may be a scam (most of the time it is).
Have good day

Skip Phone Setup

I have an unrooted phone with no custom rom, and no unlocked bootloader which i had to reset. Now, when I boot it up and have setup start, I need to use an email account previously used on the device. The issue? It was my stepmoms phone. I have not spoken to her in 3 years. And i never bothered to add mine or get rid of her google account.
Am i stuffed? or is there a way to set the phone up skipping google account sign in?
Josh
