Could someone please help with the question in the title (which is my main question) and a few more questions?
Does it make sense to use a 7T Pro 5G McLaren for ROMs and modding or would a 7 pro have better support for the years to come?
Does the 7T Pro 5G McLaren requiring separate ROMs from T-Mobile make it worse for modding?
If given the choice between a 7 Pro and 7T Pro 5G McLaren which would you choose? One has better specs, but one seems to have a better development community.
How hard is it to mod the 7T Pro 5G McLaren in a functional way compared to the 7 Pro?

Short ans is in the end you'll back to 7t pro McLaren but you'll already lose network Permanent because you killed your network to bootup your device with smt. This is mine story so be aware of this.

I was wandering if the one plus 7t pro is capable of dual booting? And if so are there any guides. I have seen there are for the one plus 7 and pro edition but not our 7t pro edition. Tia

7T Pro vs 7 Pro | Does the Green Tint/Ghost Touch problem exist in the 7T Pro today?
11/11 and Black Friday are coming, and I'm thinking of getting one of the two. Both are similarly priced, and honestly I'm just wondering which one to pick, due to some Green Tint/Ghost Touch problems that can occur in the 7T Pro. Is this problem still a reality (Green Tint), or is it only common in the normal 7T? Other than that, any other reason why the 7T Pro is not a good choice? I thank you in advance for your attention.
Green tint is only present o 7T as far as i am concerned. Screen on 7 pro and 7t pro are pretty much the same. I've owned all those devices. I've never experienced any ghost touches on 7 pro or 7t pro. The issue have been addressed on 7 pro via ota long time ago.

Hi, I am currently using the 7T pro 5g and yes, we do have green tint issues. I know few others with the 7T pro who have major green tint problems that covers the whole screen. I would recommend picking the 7 Pro over the 7T pro because both are essentially the same device in terms of specs and 7 pro is more widely used which means extended supported developments for custom roms, kernels, etc. Plus, the green tint and ghost touch problems are less problematic for the 7 Pro compared to the 7T pro. Also if youre in the US, you will be missing bands with the 7t pro since it never launched in NA and that means less coverage, lower speeds, etc.
There could be some faulty edition, i cannot deny. The thing is acc to various sources 7t pro uses 7 pro's panel. (I've used both thise devices and both panels have been great) So if you have bad luck you can get lemon even with 7 pro.
