No clue why, but today I noticed that I can no longer change my lockscreen shortcuts because it immediately force closes. Restart doesn't help, however, safe mode does. Any idea what's messing with it? Thank you very much in advance!

ok i have this issue on my htc hd2 im trying to resolve.
i installed a landscape mode cab in order to enable my phone to be used in landscape. when i installed it it didn't work so i uninstalled it. after i restarted my phone nothing was set as a wall paper. so i restarted my phone again changed the wallpaper and nothing happened....the screen just stood black and it says that supposedly there's a wallpaper set up but nothing is there.....its all black.
Can someone please help me out and tell me how i can fix this issue, i would really appreciate it.

Do you use Cookies Home Tab and CHTEditor? If so try installing or reinstalling the latest version of Cookies Home Tab, I think it's version 1.8.5

what did you installed for landscape, rotate screen? if not I would suggest uninstall whatever .cab you put on the phone, soft reset and look for rotatescreen and use that, energy roms come with it already set up with a long press send key to rotate to landscape. If you already uninstalled it and your still having the wallpaper issue , I suggest a hard reset, and go from there.

First off, big ups to djsteve again with the new SD release, just upgraded from 1.9.0, love everything especially the default portrait orientation! However I'm noticing in my case that pressing the 'emergency call' button on the lock screen initiates a force close on the android phone process. Is anyone else experiencing this? Thanks in advance for any responses!

thanks for confirming, hmm.. as i suspected, now is anyone running 1.9.1 without portrait set as default and still getting the force close?
sorry to be so persistent about the matter, it's not really an issue i can't overlook but if there is a fix, well, i'd like that option too
I'm running Rocko 3.0 unlocked and have been having a couple issues lately.
First one is settings related. Every once in a while there are a couple settings that seems to change themselves. Auto rotate will turn off, stay awake when charging will turn on, and after a screen unlock or reboot some widgets will disappear from the home screen.
Second is apps that I install from the market will disappear from my device. When this happens they are not listed in "my apps" on the market or in the app drawer.
At this point I am at a total loss. I have no idea why it is happening or how to fix this. I also don't know if they are related. Does anyone have any insight into how to track something like this down?

Hello, My phone was resetting all the time and I make an complete reset by doing an RUU and the problem disappear, but now the notification bar is showing but I can't open it. Sometimes it looks that is going to open but it keeps flashing and freezes the phone, then I have to do a hard reset to make the phone work again.
Any help will be appreciated because I don't have insurance. Thanks.
After installing just a new glass screen my phone has been acting weird. Every once in a while it will freeze up and do nothing, the notifications still running like battery animation and signal but the screen won't respond. I can hit the home button to return to my home screen and after a few seconds it starts responding to my input again. Just wondering if anybody else has experienced something like this. I have switched roms, wiped all kinda ways and factory reset but it still happens from time to time. I might have screwed something up while changing the screen. Any kind of help would be appreciated, thank you.
