No he means this one, It should be in settings> display> lockscreen
if its not their you flash the deoxex one from here, its should work as they are based from the same build

downgrade firmware if you want that to happen..the new powerwidget is a new feature for 2.3.5

This phone was released on Jan 31 2016. I pre ordered on Amazon and received on Feb 2 and already boot loader unlocked, TWRP installed and Rooted the Next day.
