It is possible that the Xperia 1 IV has a different fingerprint sensor and/or power button that supports this feature, and the 1 III does not. This is kinda confirmed by the fact that the III series has reports of really buggy fingerprint reader that mostly doesn't happen in the IV series.

I'm on EU too and mine shows that I'm up to date. No Android 13 yet. Why?! Don't want to wipe everything and flash the new software...

When i always fresh install a new rom i boot it up and install my apps and do all settings and market and account related settings and make a backup of that rom.
Helps when a theme gives errors or something wents wrong afterwards...

Which folder? Faces? It was in previous version too. You can search fotos by someone face
And App is just newer version. Sth new? I dont think so. Just an update. Maybe some bugs have been repaired. You have changelog in first post.

Ah so So when you enter to photos in this folder it will search faces in picutres and you can assign faces to person. After some time app will automatic assign people to photos so then you can search them on your photo collection. Just like for example picasa did.

If you meant official update for those app. You have to wait until sony release jb 4.3 for our device...then you'll get all new sony apps..

With FLASHTOOL, just be sure to use a version earlier than 9.20.xx, i used 9.19.8 no problems at all. There are a lot of info about flashtool here.

Themes are already working in Indian ROM.
Tap to sleep is there or else you can use other launcher for the same.
Not sure about off charging percentage.

It's available on Oppo india website.
Ive got 1919ex tap2wake and sleep is working. Its in the settings
Tried Indian stock from Indian website. Result is the same. Probably it senses the region by network accordingly some things doest work. They made this software like iPhone where nothing works.
Did you try changing regions to get the themes option? First, change the region then reboot and then check if it works or not.

Ok, so you just enabled Developer Mode (tapping 7 times on firmware number, enabling developer) and then used Hicare to update?
Later edit: can you explain your method? And send me an PM with some screenshots, if you may?

works?? im using a p30 pro VOG-L29 (C431), just actived the dev mode, my country(luxembourg) (center of europe) and open hicare app, it show really the above version on, i try to download it now

Sounds like that is still beta from the changelog
Yeah, i think that it may be available on some countries and it may be SIM dependent (i tried several countries in HiCare app, but when it comes on checking for updates, still 224 latest version).
