Block boot loader G8X with crossflash - LG G8X ThinQ Guides, News, & Discussion

This a guide if you are found in a situation like mine.
I made unblock bootloader and since I wanted to close it, the software got damaged. I couldn’t find a solution about how to have my cellphone working again when blocking the bootloader from fastboot.
My case is with LM-G850UM Sprint and crossflash done.

Requirements:
LG L1 II rooted (How to Root here)

bootloader-L1 here
steps:
Download the bootloader-L1 ( link above)
Unpack "bootloader-L1" in "internal memory" (/sdcard)
Open the terminal and run these commands
su
cd sdcard
sh unlock.sh
Done Bootloader Unlocked
[/LIST]
i did it for training, but then i tested fastboot device-info and it showed locked.
then with fastboot oem unlock it worked. would it work without it?
How to enter fastboot mode?

Click to expand...
Click to collapse
How did u enter on fastboot mode? I can't find the correct key combination, and adb reboot-bootloader doesn't work...
EDIT: I've used an TWRP Installer APK which just unlocked bootloader and installed twrp, rebooting to it and now I can enter fastboot by rebooting to bootloader in TWRP

Fix bootloader message

For some reason, few cases present the generic and ugly message of bootloader unlocked, and not the original of Xiaomi and here I have the solution.
If you have a uggly bootloader message, like this:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
And you want the common image with a padlock, similar to this (but not the same):
You only need follow the next simple instructions, you have 2 ways to do.
First way - ADB Recommended
1. Install or download adb from here.
2. Conect your phone on fastboot mode.
3. Download and extract the attachment file on the same folder than adb.
4. In the same folder of adb, open a terminal (cmd, powershell) and type: "fastboot flash logo logo.img" (without quotation marks obviously).
Second way - TWRP CN
1. You need the TWRP CN (not multilanguage).
2. Download the attachment file, unzip and put on your internal memory.
3. Reboot on TWRP.
4 Choose "IMG" on the install section.
5. Select the logo.img and fhash.
I hope it will be you useful.

Lg g2 mini (lg d620) bricked, fastboot mode only, all flash/erase commands fails

I have a problem with a lg g2 mini (lg d620), is bricked but only start in fastboot mode (is the correct mode?), im trying to enter fastboot commands because my phone is detected as *Android Bootloader Interface*, but all these commands that i put on cmd, finish on errors; the phone show this *failed writing block @1*, and the cmd window show *FAILED (remote: failed to erase partition)*
Well, i think the fastboot erase partition command will work, but end on error (Partition table doesn't exist)
If you asking what happened when i put fastboot flash commands, end on the same way (remote: flash write failure).
Extra: fastboot erase system -w fail

I find some solutions that need to short circuit some pins of the emmc chip, but can't understand what pin need to touch with another one, so, trying to find a more easy solution, is there any way to create a partition table via fastboot?

Realme X3 SuperZoom boot/recovery is broken

So I was trying to root but something went wrong down the road.
Here's what I do :
Installed Magisk then patch the boot.img from decrypted OZIP file > Boot to Fastboot > (On PC) "fastboot flash vbmeta vbmeta.img --disable-verity --disable-verification" returns success > "fastboot flash boot image_name.img" returns success > Reboot and realizes that it boots back to Fastboot again
Then I found someone saying this
On Fastboot, run "fastboot erase recovery" and "fastboot erase boot" and then I rebooted.
Now I am stuck at this screen

Holding down POW button does nothing or POW + VOL Down or Up. Is there anything I can do at this point? or is my only option is go to service center?
Tutorial that I followed : https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/guide-root-the-realme-x3-superzoom-with-magisk.4136333/
EDIT : I managed to drain the battery and booted back to Fastboot now. still from here I have no idea for now since flashing stock boot.img and vbmeta.img also cause bootlooping now
