My old S7582 is in bootloop ! I took it to a service center. They flashes rom using pc. But my phone dosen't respond to pc. Because, its internal slots wire messed up, they tried to get root sources of those wire and tried so many times by jumping wire method. But failed. They said it can't be flashed. Note that it happend 2 to 3 times that it gone to bootloop and they would repair it everytime costing 3$ only! (because I rooted my phone and messed system files, I always wanted to make this device fine ! So I would delete so many system files which I didn't like! ) I can go to the recovery page (volume & power button) There is only one way to install package using SD card option. I tried so many flash file, it loads and extracts and so many things happens in yellow lines but ends up saying Signature Verification failed or Invalid signature. (Sorry for making the thread too big, I'm a new user )
Help, signature the file and flash it! I will install TWRP recovery once I power on the phone. HELP ME TO HAVE MY PHONE BACK!!

I kept it somewhere under my bed. in any one among the bags. I will try to capture some photos. Anyway, its exactly like this one from the google. (Attached!) except originally in portrait postion. (Note: it supports only zip file! )It's syntax's are absolutely same! SIGNATURE VERIFICATION FAILED! Thx for the reply!!

Maybe my problem like this one. I don't know if corrupted system can be flashed by using sd card. If so, the Signature verification is the problem.

As, I said It doesn't connect to pc. And its not possible. Sd card is the only option (see the attached file please!) Adb indicating pc right? I dont see any download option! Thx!!!

install samsung drivers and try again, if it doesn't work, please try this:
- using an older odin version
- using a newer odin version
and no, sdcard is NOT the only option. Samsung doesn't use fastboot and adb. it uses Odin.
Please reboot to download mode by pressing vol down + home + power.

Its usb port is bad. It can be charged by cable. But its data lines broken cannot connect to pc. Its not possible as it root data lines corrupted. Odin installed in pc cannot connect to the phone. ITS DATA LINES BROKEN. SO SD CARD IS THE ONLY OPTION LEFT. Thx!!!!!

once there was a time when it was possible to flash update.zip (signed with test keys) from stock recovery.
but there exist neither Philz Touch recovery nor CF-auto-root flashable zip for this device.

I heard that Stock ROM has verified signature. So, I tried to flash with a stock ROM via stock recovery via as sd card . IMAO! I discovered my s7582 no longer boot into stock recovery. Something happened to it's home button. So , Everything ends here. which phone do you have ? (mini or minipro ? )
which rom did you flashed?
which kernel are you using?

as of your problem, u can do two things,
a) use SEUS and reinstall 2.1update 1 from SE (click support zone, click phone software update and then click "repair phone" and re-root your cell from start
b)use the x10 flasher tool from xda,download the E10i_2.1.1.A.O.6_Generic.zip from the net, extract contents and copy them to the firmware folder of the x10 flashing tool....connect your phone in flash mode when asked and your done

if he just tried to flash miniCM7-2.1.1 with a stock kernel he just needs to unlock his bootloader, and then flash nAa's kernel and then reflash (no need to start from SEUS many problems can be solved without SEUS)

You' ve probably flashed the 7.1.0/7.1.1 without follow all the required steps... I agree with friend that told you to unlock the boot loader, then install nobody'satall custom kernel and then reflash the rom! Also once i had the same problem... It caused because i didn't have made wipe/factory data reset! i pressed the power off button and the central key together in order to stop looping and reboot the phone...

Probably the "use" the latest version of CyanogenMod. CM v10.

first , take out the battery . Then plug it back . open SEUS and choose mini pro .
after than press the back button and plug usb into ur phone . ( don power on ur phone in the process and don release the back button before SEUS telling u so ) .
after ur phone is detected juz install the stock 2.1 rom .

Here is my issue, I got a SG SII l9100G updated to the latest version with Kies.
I rooted it, and install the clockword mode.
I wanted to install a Ressurection Remix so I put it into the memory of the phone and run it via the clockword mode. I didn’t realize I had to have the l9100 and not the G version for the ressurectionRemix so now it is stuck on the Samsung first page, I cannot access to the phone anymore, only the Download mode (pressing the down volume button and the others) and ClockWord Mode (pressing the up volume button and the others).
I have downloaded SuperROM_v3.0 and put it on the external SD but it keep on failing when I’m trying to install (,, so maybe because it’s on the external sd card and not in the phone but I don-t have access to the phone via my computer anymore, itdoesn-t detect it) y phone is really useless now.
Is there anyone that could help me with that ?
Sorry for asking and thank you for reading .
PS : I couldn't find the Q&A thread for the G version that's why I post here, but tell me where you want me to do so otherwise.

Hey I have a SGS2 but its a generic handset from ACG. Its similar to USCC device but my kernel is completely different than any others on the web. If I use ODIN to flash a custom Kernel in my device will it result in data loss or any other harm? I am still kind of lost as to what using ODIN to flash a custom kernel will do to my device other than put CWM and SuperUser on my device.
I would also like to know this. I also have a SCH-R760.
I actually ran through the rooting method, and the Kernel didn't touch the Radio. I didn't have LOS, and I am running Jelly Bean on my device now. You can follow the links in my signature below =]

If you can get it in download mode, do a one click Odin back to stock and start over. For my phone I use EL29. Usually if you can get it to Samsung screen, it is only soft bricked and fixable. Good luck!
Install the Galaxy S 2 Drivers
Driver Download
On your phone, select USB Debugging and Unknown Sources from the Settings menu.
(unknown sources located in the application tab in settings at the very top and usb debugging located in the application tab in settings in under development).
Plug your phone into your computer with the USB Cable that came with it.
Download this easy rooter tool
Epic 4G Touch Auto Fixer
Run the e4auto-sfx.exe (aka Root and download mode placer)
Press E then Enter.
Then press H then Enter on your keyboard then press any button to continue.
Your phone will now reboot into download mode. (green android guy that with a downloading bar)
Download Odin if you don't already have it

Download this Stock SCH-R760 File
Stock Download
Select the PDA Option on your Odin and flash it.
This will restore your device to factory default settings. From there you might need to flash your carrier files into the phone since this will restore it 100% back to factory settings.

Hey, I have a generic sch-r760. I already managed to root but I am wanting to install a custom kernel with cwm attached. Need to get a recovery on the thing and I'm looking for ROMs as well but if I can at least get a kernel with cwm I'll be on the right path

This guide works great for the SCH-R760x even though this is a US cellular site
Root Guide with CWM and no Triangle.
Team US Cellular posted some good stuff for this phone on their website. Haven't seen any mirrors on XDA yet

"1. /system/lib/libril.so
2. /system/lib/libsec-ril.so
3. /system/lib/libsecril-client.so
4. /system/lib/libsecril-client-sap.so(4.0.4+)
5. /system/bin/drexe" unfortunately i moved the files to another folder. when the device restart it gives me a logo some thing like that. then i connect the device with pc. and run the odin 3.07 . and select the md5 file which worth about 950 mb.(which has included rom firmware every thing full package). the odin flash modem amss.bin sucessfuly but was stop at when it was flashing system .i retries many times. i change the odin version. odin 3.05 or odin 1.85 but nothing happens i change the flash package. i download the orignal firmware from sammobile. and try to flash. but i was getting some thing like xml...write faild error at the start. then i decide to flash cwm recovery backup. which i has already made before some days. the odin shows some thing like coppying files 2 minutes remaining. getting reponse 2 minutes left. etc . i stoped the flashing and then suddenly my cell was turned off.. and when ever i connect my device it shows me Qhsusb_dload. i installed the drivers. device manager shows me Qualcomm HS-USB Dloader 9008 (com3)..
Then I Take A Serach And Read Out Many Threads . at Last I Go to Vendor And Got The Live Desktop Cd Of Ubunto 12.4 . I Installed. And Download the files Brickfix 1 . Brickfix 2.1 .Pythone. Etc . I Read The Method Posted

Ok...first i need to know certain things...
1. Does you device boot into download mode??....if it does then it is not brick its only soft brick and can be revived....:fingers-crossed:
A device that is truly Bricked will not even turn on....it will simply not show anything on the screen...no matter what !!
So if your device boots into download mode then don't worry and don't lose hope...:good:
2. Tell me if it boots into recovery....??
if not ... then try to flash a recovery using odin....
if it does ... then first of all Wipe Data/Cache and Dalvik Cache
copy a rom on your sd card and flash it through the recovery... and then Wipe Data/Cache and Dalvik Cache again...
Let me know if anything helped ... and let me know other updates.... Hope things work for you...

1) I call bull**** on that (for the SGS2 at least).
2) If those people are fixing it for you, why are you posting in this thread ?
Bottom line is, if the phone won't boot, you ain't fixing it.

i already said in my post if the people's who dont know about my problem should not reply in my thread,
Unfortunately you don't get that option on XDA, you put a thread up, anyone can reply (unless it's a development thread, which this isn't).
My earlier diagnoses of motherboard replacement or JTAG stand.

i needs help not a sadness..
Im having trouble with my device..my fon keeps restarting at the samsung logo with the model number..i tried to go into recovery or download kode but when i got in..it restarted by itself..please help:crying:

I'm in the exact same situation as you! I created a thead aswell. This problem struck me today aswell, just out of the blue..
Recovery mode and download mode are two totally different things when you said you "got in" do you mean you "got in" to recovery or download mode? More details are you on stock custom rom etc
(1) Recovery mode hold volume up home and power
(2) Download mode hold volume down home and power
Try recovery mode step (1) Then factory reset if that does not work try step (2) and flash back to stock with odin.

I tried both b4..dats what i mean by got into..i tried both mode but cant enter..i've already read everything and mostly said my mobo dead..just hoping to get any help dat i can.
Shouldn't have anything to do with .dat files. Only .img

If it reboots even in download mode, its not looking good. Does it stay in download mode for long before it reboots?
How long in recovery?

Yep, this was my next suggestion. You can get them for 1 or 2 $ or £ on ebay etc. The idea is they force download mode. I have no idea if this wills top it rebooting out of Download mode, but its worth a try.

Ok..will try..will post back the updates.
Exact same situation! Bought a jig and it goes into download mode but it keeps restarting to download mode with the jig in. If i take it out when it's in download mode, then it just reboots.. Any ideas?
no luck..the phone keeps restarting even with the usb jig connected.

It sounds like it is screwed. If you have no warranty, You'll be paying a lot of money to possibly replace the motherboard.

Managed to stop the rebooting in download mode by connecting the usb cable to my desktop and successfully flash the stock rom.finally..phewww
