Hi so I don't know if anyone else or even if it was covered. But does anyone else have sms text problems. If I leave 5g on no matter if it's SA or nsa or SA+nsa .. I cannot send or receive text messages. If I turn 5g and lte off and put it on 3g I get all my texts.
Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know if this is happening to anyone else, but I haven't been able to send any text messages while I'm on a phone call. I've tried different numbers and it always fails. Anyone else having this issue?
I sent a bunch of texts during a phone call just fine from my home, which is in a fringe service area (I get 4g tho, but roam routinely). I did this over 3g.
Hey internet, im wondering if someone could help me! I have a Rogers i727r which absolutely will not send texts. I can receive them, I can even make calls and have a data signal, but cannot reply or send any texts. I've tried on stock, and i've tried with a few 4.4.4 cm11 roms. Can anyone help?
Anybody know what would cause this? My girlfriend just switched over to Tmobile and got the Alcatel Fierce 2 phone. Her text messages and other notifications are extremely delayed.
The weird part is, even Hangouts messages are extremely delayed on wifi. All of the notifications come in at once every hour or two. I thought maybe it was an issue with the sim but that wouldn't explain push notifications coming in through wifi.
What is going on with this thing? We've tried factory resetting it, we've had them "refresh" the sim card, and we even changed the phone number for that account thinking that maybe transfering a number from a previous carrier was causing problems. Any help would be appreciated! Its running 4.4.2

Check your sync settings under accounts in settings.

I noticed during the set up it asked me questions I did't really know the answer to and in all the confusion I noticed I changed the network type to WCDMA. I did alot of troubleshooting and found that T Mobile only uses GSM so this is why my messages and calls weren't working. I hope this helps. The phoen still runs kind of slow but after experimenting I now know this is the cause of the delayed messages and missed calls.
i have purchased a korean samsung fold in which i am unable to make conference call of anyone have solution for this plz let me know
Second issue is for text message as when a mwssage exceed to 160 letters it convert into multimedia message
Is their any custom rom or solution to get rid of these problems

Hi All,
I hope this hasn't been answered in another thread, if it has, I do sincerely apologize. I tried to search using search criteria, but am unable to find an answer.
It seems that sometimes, when connected to my home WiFi with my Mi 10, that I do not get SMS alert notifications. I will get the message, but I have to open the actual SMS app (stock) to see the message. It will not alert me. It is intermittent though, so I am not sure what the problem is. Once I leave my home WiFi (or other WiFi networks) it will alert me just fine. I am confused about this.
Mi people cannot help me out -- They do not know what the problem is.
I am on AT&T in the USA.
If anyone has any suggestions for this, that would be great!
