Redmi Note 9 pro keeps booting into recovery mode - Redmi Note 9S / Note 9 Pro (Indian Model) Question

Phone was installed with Pixel Experience ROM January 2023 and all of a sudden the phone was in TWRP screen. Following are the list of actions taken without any luck
1. Flashed the same ROM once again (Jan 2023 build)
2. Changed TWRP (3.6.0_11-0) to Pixel experience recovery
3. Format data
4. Wipe -> Dalvik/cache, Metadata, Data, Internal storage, Cache
5. Swipe to factory reset
6. Flashed official 13.0.2.0 full ROM
The phone keeps booting into recovery. Kindly let know if anybody has some other tricks to help come out of this situation

Check /cache for logs of it trying to boot normally.
Check the start of the misc partition to see if "boot-recovery" got stuck there.

I downloaded MI-flash tool and downloaded Fastboot ROM and flashed it. That did help me get out of the situation.
I was able to flash Pixel recovery and PE ROM once again.

[Solved] QAQ ASUS Zenfone 3 Bootloop into TWRP after flashing Lineage OS 16 PIE 9.0

Hello, so yesterday I decided to try and Flash a lineage os onto my ASUS Zenfone 3
The ROM I used is this one: https://forum.xda-developers.com/zenfone-3/development/rom-lineageos-16-0-ze520kl-ze552kl-t3848349
I have the ZE552KL Model of Zenfone 3
TWRP version: TWRP 3.2.3
So here is the list of things I tried:
1. Restore the phone using the backup I did before I flashed it (inside TWRP) AND IT DIDN'T WORK!!!
2. I tried flashing it again and it didn't work
The process I went through when Flashing it:
1. Make a backup in TWRP
2. Wiped the phone:
Dalvik/ART Cache
System
Data
Internal Storage
Cache
3. I tried Flashing it but I came up with ERROR 7
4. I used the method online, removing the asserted and getprop commands, knowing that I can because the thread said it is for ZE552KL
5. Wiped it again and Flashed it
6. Came up successful but with 2 lines of "E: unknown command [log]"
7. Installed Gapps [NANO, 9.0 ARM64
8. Wiped cache
9. Boot the phone
10. Came up with the loading screen followed on with a number pad kinda thing, but soon it shut down and began the bootloop into recovery.

Xiaomi MI8 Stuck on TWRP after flashing ROM

Hi
No phone for two days now while I try to fix my own mistakes! Need some guidance please. I want to install either the custom ROM from lineageOS or the PixelExperience one. I've tried many times and always the same error.
Here is what I did
0 downloaded and unlocked the boot loader with the official app
1 downloaded all drivers and adb
2 ran fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
3 ran fastboot boot twrp.img
4 boot into twrp and install the LineageOS zip - version 15.1 I have tried v16 as well
5 selected wipe data
6 pressed back, clicked wipe and allowed it to complete the factory reset wipe
No matter what I do I can not get past the twrp screen. It constantly comes back. I can't do anything other than twrp or fastboot.
Please any guidance will help me?

If you are coming from a Miui stock rom you need to Format data, is not enough with wipes. In the case that the rom be a 9.0 pie you need to after Format data install the latest firmware to can boot.

[help] Redmi Note 9s reboots only into twrp after flashing lineage and gapps

I need some help. I followed this guide to install LineageOS 17.1
www getdroidtips.com/lineageos-17-1-redmi-note-9-pro/#Instructions_to_Follow
Instructions to Follow
Start by rebooting your device to recovery. Use the device-specific hardware key combinations for the same.
Head over to Wipe and select System, Data, Cache. Perform a right swipe to wipe the selected partitions.
Go back to Install, select the LineageOS 17.1 zip file and perform a right swipe to flash it.
Finally, if you wish to install Google apps as well, then go to Install and select the GApps package file and flash it onto your device.
Go to Reboot, select System and boot your device into the newly installed OS.
Now my phone constantly reboots into TWRP doesn't matter into which mode I try to boot.
Thanks in advance
Graru1
Dear @Graru1 and @All
I experience a similar behaviour on my Redmi Note 9 Pro while flashing any custom rom. I tried the EU MI Rom and X-Evolution.
I have found out so far that the OS has not properly been flashed.
I have the feeling that despite unlock and free TWRP 3.3.1-0 -Alpha by DUNGPHP the flashing does not work.
Only time it worked was using the MI Flashing tool going back to MI Global standard rom and yea installing a custom recovery.
Greetings and Thanks,
allcome
Try "format Data" in TWRP and Type "yes", then restart.
ALL YOUR DATA WILL BE LOST!!!

Xiaomi Mi 10 5G bricked after reboot (successfully flashed before)

Hi. I just received Mi 10 and tried to flash it with xiaomi.eu rom (native one - Global which doesn't support 2 SIM). It was pretty hard as it often declined to boot to the system. Finally I able to flash it successfully and ROM detects both SIM cards. But another problem appears: randomly after reboot phone lose `system` and `data` partitions and stops booting while nothing was touched.
In TWRP (using Chinese TWRP 3.4.1b-0313 by wzsx150) it shows that `data` partition is empty (what cannot be as it contains a lot of apps data) and unable to mount `system_root`. When I ask to reboot to system is says "No OS installed! Are you sure you wish to reboot" that is also strange - OS definitely as installed. One more time - no operations on system partitions were done before device bricked, it just randomly stops booting. While after last installation I rebooted it about 10 times to ensure it works. And after night - it goes to fastboot screen again. While without reboot it works for a long time (before boot uptime was about 6 days).
Device were unlocked after 7-days timeout successfully.
Actions I am doing to flash device (using Linux):
`fastboot flash recovery recovery-TWRP-3.4.1B-0313-XIAOMI10-CN-wzsx150.img` - TWRP flashed ok (I also tried other version include one specified in this thread: Ultimate guide to install stable or Dev rom from Xiaomi.eu)
Boot to TWRP
Format (not wipe) data: re-create FS (i.e. create ext4 FS) and format.
Copy `xiaomi.eu_multi_MI10_20.6.18_v12-10.zip` to device (or use external OTG storage)
Flash it successfully
Copy Magisk 20.4 to device
Reboot to TWRP and flash Magisk
Wipe cache
Reboot to OS
Pass first-time setup, install apps
Reboot couple of time to ensure everything works
Any idea what happens? I ab actually ran out of idea - it is not first phone I am reflashing and not the first Xiaomi device (before used Mi 6 reflashed with LineageOS for about 3 years) and it is first time I see device has probably corrupted data/system partition.
One note: after booting to flashed device I setup fingerprint and pattern for unlock. After reboot when phone cannot boot into OS TWRP doesn't ask for pattern (while in normal situation is should, latest TWRP how to unlock with pattern). It makes me think that at the boot moment partitions already corruppted.
Do that for clean installation:
flash fastboot rom (https://mirom.ezbox.idv.tw/en/phone/umi/) China Stable
when phone is open, shutdown. open fastboot and flash this recovery (https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=8889791610682877442)
in advance wipe section select dalvik, data and internal strorage then wipe
reboot to recovery again, in wipe section do Format Data, then reboot to recovery again
connect pc, put latest eu rom zip to phone then flash
restart and do the first setup
reboot to recovery again and flash Magisk

HELP! ERROR 1: Using any recovery!

Hi! I have been switching roms weekly to see what rom would be great fit for me.
I was from the device of whyred and certainly curtana is a very different system to mess around with.
Going back to the concern, I cannot flash anything else with any recovery except the original ROM of the device (my device is curtana) and here is what I did so far:
1. Tried format data, restart recovery and then format cache, dalvik, internal - doesn't work
2. Tried changing recovery: LOS, TWRP official, OrangeFox (what I am currently using)
3. Tried changing format partitions (exfat, f2fs, ext4)
I can't do the last resort which is to stay with MIUI because I can't deal with MIUI any longer due to the MIUI apps. (I am heavily reliant to AOSP).
Can anyone help me with this?
First You have to install TWRP recovery and vbmeta with command prompt from fastboot mode, then after installing TWRP, install the Orange fox recovery, enter the new password or pin and format the internal storage, then try two install any rom
