qq - which Recovery is compatible? E.g.:
lineage-18.1-20220901-microG-cedric-recovery.img
or this one:
lineage-18.1-20230115-recovery-cedric.img
Thanks!

Id recommend twrp, but you should be fine with any of these.
Future releases will ship alongside the lineage recovery since I akuma fixed the size issue.

Hi, does this ROM support F2FS?

All roms run on f2fs by default iirc
But idk if ext4 runs tbh

Both versions are maintained by matias, you can find them on xda.

So far Lineage 20 doesnt have any downsides over 19.1 except missing fpg (even Nicks app doesnt work), fm radio and encryption.

Can anyone confirm if GPS is working good? It's the only thing i need, i will use it solely for navigation without SIM card

Reporting Bugs
DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed any root implementation
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
If it is a random reboot, grab /sys/fs/pstore/console-ramoops and /sys/fs/pstore/dmesg-ramoops-0. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless). Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues. Any bug not reported in the bug report format below may be ignored.
Instructions

Nah not yet, gotta try enforcing build.
Is encryption working?
Great ROM, nice performance!
What I've notice:
- Volume buttons from headsets not working
Another issue it has, it's something that happens in all LOS ROMs published in this same forum for merlin and its that when you are listening any Whatsapp Voice Note through earphones, bluetooth or loudspeaker and screen turns off or you change main app and move Whatsapp to background, audio starts cracking.
awesome...

Hey, I just tested the whatsapp audio issue, it's working fine for me, just ensure the sensors are not covered, and I tried changing volume from my bluetooth headphones, worked fine too.
I've attached the picture of showing sensor location for you. Is it wired headsets that you talk of?

Just add at least the kernel, device and vendor trees listed here to your local manifests under .repo/local_manifests and build lineage as usual. (breakfast miatoll; brunch miatoll)
P.S.: It seems that currently you have to change the revision attribute (branch) of at least the device and the common device tree from 12 to 12L.

No I have not blocked the camera, i can use it about 3rd apps via Facebook and others but when I am click on the camera icon crash the app...
Another proplem some apps are crashing, but how I can fix it?
Now the can run, but how I come to the auto start app option?
Hello, I would like to tell you one error that I have just found. When I was playing Tower of Fantasy, the device crashed and rebooted but It entered into a bootloop in the lineageos logo, that one with the dots. 15 minutes later I shutted down the device to access the recovery, I have installed orangefox, but again it was stuck in the orangefox logo. I tried to install other recovery but didn't work it was stuck with a black screen. In the end I had to install stock rom with MIUI flasher with a clean install and later reinstall this rom.
I can't download file from pling. It's server error, or file denied.... any help?
Now there is official release of LineageOS for version 19.1

LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.

Installation instructions
Make sure you are on OneUI 5 firmware (C bootloader or newer) before flashing this ROM, otherwise the installation might fail or not boot!
Installing LineageOS using LineageOS recovery
Follow the guide on the LineageOS wiki.
Installing using TWRP
Make sure your device's bootloader is unlocked.
Make sure to have the latest available version of TWRP installed.
If wanted, backup all your necessary partitions (super, boot, vendor_boot, data, EFS) before flashing this in case something goes wrong.
Download the lineage build for M52 from the link below and optionally download your preferred GApps package too.
Flash the LineageOS zip using the "Install" button.
Optionally, flash Gapps right after.
Wipe metadata and cache partitions. This only has to be done once when you install LineageOS.
Format data in TWRP as the very last thing, otherwise you may end up in a bootloop if coming from stock ROM.
Reboot

Great news!
M52 5G is now officially supported by LineageOS!
What does that mean?
There will be a new build once per week that you will be able to download and install using the ROM's Updater in Settings -> System -> Updater.
If you are still using an UNOFFICIAL build you will need to install an official build before being able to get OTA's.
When?
The first build will approximately release on Monday (26th June) and new builds will most likely keep releasing on Mondays too.
Changes over current unofficial builds
Bootloader rev4 support
Fully working BT and VoIP audio
Slightly better performance
60FPS recording in camera
