Question Is HomeUp still a thing? - Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra

Hi
Always used to use homeup from the Galaxy Store to increase the icon density in folders and home screen to allow tighter spacing.
Is it still a thing / available or are those options now rolled into the OneUI launcher by default?
Cheers

Yes it still work I use homeup on my s21 ultra 5g and my s7 tab fe

[Q] Just an interesting idea..

Hello everybody,
One week after I got my SGS2 I realized that the screen is way too big for this resolution (480x800). So I started playing with some screen density changer applications from market. Everything worked well, as I found this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1275768 . But, I had some problems with the Market (couldn't download the most important applications) after I changed my screen's DPI.
Recently I found a software in market (LCD Denisty Modder) which in the Pro version offers you a fix for downloading applications from Market.
Ok, my question is : What if we change the screen density with the one on the Samsung Galaxy Note, and we use a Galaxy Note system dump to get the TouchWiz widgets. Could it work?
It would be nice to see some Galaxy Note wanna-be ROMs and believe me, after you use a lower DPI, you don't wanna come back to the stock density.
What do you think?

There's a limit by how much you change the ppi on the phone. I'm not sure why you'd want some touchwiz widgets from the Note

touchwiz differences (multi dpi)

i was wondering if if was possible to change seclauncher2.apk and seclauncher3.apk. sadly there's not much going on in note8 forum. it's just that I wish there was a multi dpi launcher for note8 like I have it on my note1. maybe its a real dummy question but would it be possible to make a working multi dpi touchwiz for note 8 which is also 1280x800 just like the note 1 was. anybody? thanks in advance

Enable edge screen features while screen on use

Hello guys,
I'm planning to buy Galaxy S6 Edge but i figured out that edge screen have no use while the screen is on (like the Note 4 Edge) so is there anyway to enable this feature or it's only available on Note Edge official from Samsung?
Is it possible to change the firmware with custom one and i'll get Note 4 Edge-Edge screen features (Ex, notification, S health, Quick Menu)?
Thanks... waiting your feedback.

Galaxy Themes possible with root?

I received my Galaxy Tab S7+ and much to my dismay - Galaxy Themes doesn't work. Hell, it doesn't even exist on our tablets. I did not know this prior to purchasing the tablet.
I have grown very fond of using Hex themes to modify my OneUI to have AOSP icons and what not on my Samsung phones and was hoping to do the same to my Tab S7+. When I download the actual .apk file from Sammobile and installed it, I pretty much got nowhere as when I click on the app it just takes me to the apps permissions.
Now, I had no real intention of rooting this tablet as I just didn't need to, but this would legitimately qualify as a reason to obtain root. Thus, my question being - is it possible to somehow install Samsung's Galaxy Themes app and have it work via root? Has anyone had success in somehow theming their Samsung tablet?
I'm loving the tablet, but absolutely despise the boring blue theme and certain aspects of the notification shade that I change with hex themes/galaxy themes.
Cheers!
I use the Nova Launcher instead. So I can use the icon set of my choice.
I'll believe, that root doesn't help in this case

It's not the stock launcher icons that bother me, oddly enough, it's the quick setting icons, quick settings colour, notification divider, etc. things that can't be changed with a launcher.
I tried using the app named One Shade by TreyDev but there are bugs so its none too enjoyable.
I am no expert, but rooting will not help. You need to have a Galaxy phone ROM ported over that supports theming. I own the Note Pro 12.2 LTE and I am running the ported Note 7 ROM with theme support and I am loving it. Relax, it is a new device and someone will surely port a ROM over that supports theming.
Use Goodlock to change things like the quick settings.

In developer options, you can change icon shape and quick setting accent color.
