Question Does the UK pre order with double storage have 12gb Ram? - Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra

Hi, there are a lot of ads showing double space for the s23, 512gb storage instead of 256gb
There's no mention if this means you get the 12gb ram model or is it still 8gb?
From what I have read, 12gb ram might start at the 512gb storage model, so maybe it does?
Regards
James

Both 512gb and 1tb models come with 12mb ram, so only 256gb model is 8mb ram

Thanks Raul

Memory Card Question For HTC TyTn

Hi,
I'l like to purchase either a 1GB or 2GB card for my TyTn. Some of the local stores only keep the 1GB Sandisk and no 2GB.
The question I have is the one store only has the standard Sandisk 1GB Micro SD Card and not the Sandisk Ultra II.
Is there really a big difference in performance and what would one recommend as a card and where to purchase from over the internet?
Thanks
Ari

FYI, I dont think there is a Sandisk Ultra II 2GB card available. And the Ultra II cards are supposed to be much faster (W/R, 9MB/10MB) compared to the regular cards.

microSD available many places
You will see the 2 GB Sandisk microSD available all over the place. eBay has them, as well as various vendors with internet purchasing.
Eventually, we'll see the "ultra" sandisk versions of the microSD. For now, I went for the 2 GB version available, because 1 GB is too limiting, especially if you use the TyTN for music.

I just put a Sandisk 6GB Micro SDHC card in my phone & powered it up. I went into the Settings > Memory > Storage Card. The phone sees the card and reports back as follows:
Total storage card memeory: 5822.50 MB
In use: 0.03 MB Free: 5822.47 MB

Mate 10 Pro 64GB 4GB RAM or 128GB 6GB Ram

Hello,
I am thinking of buying Mate 10 pro but my concern is whether to select 64GB 4GB RAM or 128GB 6GB Ram.
Anyone using 64GB version? Is it enough? Storage is not a problem. I can live with 32GB or even 16GB. But I am thinking about RAM and performance.
Please advice. This will be my first huawei flagship. Thank you.
The 64GB comes with a dual sim / SDCard, the 128GB does not..
Im in UK, so, by default, we only get the Mate 10 Pro 128GB version (L09)... either Unlocked from Carphone or Vodafone UK exclusive
In my experience.. If you use your phone for music and lots of 4K video, but not games... go for 64GB & SDCard.. If you play games and want performance and speed.. with less chance of lag in 6 mnths time, get 128 / 6GB.
In 2018, youll never have to live with 16 or even 32GB of storage.. even the mid-range SONY XA2 or Honor devices have 32 or 64GN of storage..
Perrsonally, I dont play games on my phone.. so the Pro suites me fine, but like its little brother the P10 Plus... an SD Card wouldve been nice,
Oh Yeah.. and a Damn 3.5mm Headphone Jack <<Sighs>>
thank you. i'll try to stretch the budget to get the 128GB + 6GB ram. thank you. Ps, im still thinking of note 8 as well but the fact that it is still running nougat, it disappoints me.
got the 128GB version. thanks

8gb or the 12gb variant

Hey guys... Im about to buy the nord but I'm stuck between 8gb and 12gb variant. Currently I'm using huawei p20 pro with 6gb ram and its been ok with ocassionaly stutters and lags. Im not a gamer and in don't exactly multitask with my phone.
I use my phone mainly for browsing/messaging/youtube/.
Should I get the 12gb variant for future proofing or would the 8gb suffice? The price difference here in Malaysia is about rm300 (USD 74).
More ram is good... never regretted getting more of it.
