✓Enable Auto Screen Brightness.
✓Bluetooth connectivity works
-Two-pane layout in Settings for tablet.
Everything is ok now. except Offline-charging.
If i have time to fix "Offline-charging" and successful. then will share here.

I installed the kernel while using the Havoc 3.12 GSI ROM. The system booted up beautifully. The only downside is SafetyNet not certifying it. But this is probably because Selinux is set to permissive. I hope your work will be stable soon. Best of luck!

Glad we got a kernel finally! But for some reason though, I can't get it to boot. What compiler did you use? Maybe I could help get DriveDroid working? I'd like that too actually.

which gsi rom did u flash? can you send me the link? also, what precautions did u take mate? for safetynet try cts profile spoofing module from magisk and see if it works, did u use twrp to boot havoc on g8x?

I installed version 3.12 with GAPPS included.
I have not tested the CTS module but as it is very difficult to pass the safetypass check with the kernel in permissive mode so I went back to the stock kernel.
I installed Havoc using TWRP as system image.

2. Kernel Build
- Uncompress using following command at the android directory
a) tar -xvzf *_Kernel_Q.tar.gz
- When you compile the kernel source code, you have to add google original "prebuilt" source(toolchain) into the android directory.
- Run following scripts to build kernel
a) cd kernel/msm-4.14
b) export CROSS_COMPILE=../../../prebuilts/gcc/linux-x86/aarch64/aarch64-linux-android-4.9/bin/aarch64-linux-android-
c) export CLANG_TRIPLE=aarch64-linux-gnu-
d) make O=./out ARCH=arm64 vendor/mh2lm-perf_defconfig
e) make O=./out ARCH=arm64 REAL_CC=../../../prebuilts/clang/host/linux-x86/clang-r353983c/bin/clang -j24
* "-j24" : The number, 24, is the number of multiple jobs to be invoked simultaneously.
- After build, you can find the build image(Image) at kernel/msm-4.14/out/arch/arm64/boot

Fingerprint sensor, DT2W and Dual-Screen is not working man.
Otherwise everything works perfectly.
Most likely it can be installed on any version with access to TWRP.

How's RR rom working?
Is there any problem apart from FP, D2TW and dual screen?

LG G8X is a popular device in India bcaz of a Sale of device for less than 300$ just like Poco f1 . It would be great if I get a 62 Hz or more overclock mod as PUBG MOBILE 90FPS config works for 60hz+ devices and it improves fire rate of guns dramatically .
Please just make a mod even if it just 62hz I will be greatly thankfull

DSU Sideloader v2 not works on Android 12 , that why I didn't upgraded to Stock A12 but used Dual Boot with A12 or A13 GSI.

Awesome OS, fast and reliable.
But can't get rid of this bottom overlay from stock launcher.
Does anybody know how to fix this ?

Gesture bar can shrinked to line if you press and hold it.

Thanks for help.
Found another solution. Installed Lawnchair launcher and then changed recent provider to Lawnchair using Quickswitch. Annoying favorites bar now doesn't appear.

GSI ( A11, A12, A13) only [not lower than version of based AndroidOS.11]
GSI Example will be "ArrowsOS-12.1-arm64_bvN-Unofficial (2.55GB ) extracted .img because there are limited 20-40% rule for working storage.(Storage of Our Tab a7 lite = only 32 GB (may be happy with your 64 GB) , about Stock may occupier about 10 GB with A11).
After this i will calculates restrict storage area for 32 GB.
if you want to test GSI with ROOT , recommend bgS or bvS varient. (if you don't known about "variant bgS , bvS please consult GSI Dev.)
Step
1. Download DSU Sideloader app at https://github.com/VegaBobo/DSU-Sideloader ( New V2.01)
you want below variant.
app-release.apk: DSU Sideloader application, recommended, support both, rooted and unrooted devices.
I will uses Unrooted mode. (clean testing)
LADB ( local adb shell app) >>local-adb shell.zip (my attach)
Not known about LADB look this.
2. If you are working with Tab A7 Lite Android 12 , must downgrade to STOCK Android 11 ( Checking your Bootloader version before downgrading.)

3. Install ladb.apk > then open Developer options>Wireless debugging >Pair device with piring code , and connected your tab with wifi internet.

-Pair ladb with (port number and pairing code)
4.Download GSI ( any you like but must obey the rule 20-40% the rest capacity of your storage.)
->My test drive for working booted GSI list is... ( All supported exFAT) ( Some need to mod offline-charging.)
Note: I don't have any problem with FAT32 , just want to fullfill my sd_card.

6. How to disconnect your SD-Card during installation process.Why ? How?
(if not ... DSU can't success install but echo..to debuging log... not installed.
(if not ) Final process will fail. again.
Very important step , normally it automatical happen.
A lot of failure , no warning about you errors . except final debugging log. bra bra.
App will disconnect sd card when finish preparing image file. and reconnect automatically also.
Step ( in this process)
1>Select img file to install.
*Remember to use GSIs compatible with your architeture, vndk implementation..
2 >show you configured before installation.
3>preparing image file (Don't close display or leave out) ** important
ADB: Default operation mode when other modes aren't available
Only prepare selected image to be installed via DSU system-app
Requires adb command to start installation (which will invoke DSU system-app to install the prepared file)
Took your time about 7-10 minutes ( set screen timeout longer + don't turn away from this page.)
If no spaces left
4 >(you will be prompted to run a shell script to invoke DSU installation activity)
- Click button See commands and copy text.
5 >copy command text
- Cluck button Copy text in below box
6 >paste Copy command from 5 to execute with LADB
7> Result of command. Unmount SD Card.

DSU installation finishes with no errors, but device doesn't boot into installed DSU, what should i do?
It is likely that AVB is preventing device from booting installed images, try flashing disabled vbmeta, check this for more info.
My addition answer: Need to mod system partition before flashing with odin.
* Please double check log.
** USE magisk-patch (boot.img.lz4 + vbmeta.img.lz4) in CustomAP file.tar

For non-rooted devices, Shizuku is a pretty nice operation mode, it support most features with no hassle, however, you need to install and setup Shizuku app in your device.

its not DSU inside your Developer Options.

Based on what I've read it doesn't since the developer of the App recommends that I'll just try without unlocking it.
&
See if it boots or not ( most likely boot to stock rom only )
P.S Or perhaps it is a third party instead of using directly adb commands hence bootloader part

What happened when we had made uncompleted or unsupported " New Super image" and flash it with Odin ?
- During Odin process then terminate itself , didn't write super image file to the partition, flashing stop , uncompleted
- at download mode screen of your Tab A7 lite
>press power + vol down to reboot device immediatly screen shutdow to black screen changes to press and hold
>Vol up + Vol down then insert USB cable which the other side had connected with computer usb port before.
Device will go into download mode again. waitting for Odin .
"This event happened when i have tried to mod and dump Super image inside A11 hope it help for bugs fixing on A12 with CustomAP. no luck now.

Rom is pretty good! But I have a small issue that i can't install magisk, I have build custom AP from a12 AP file.
If Anyone knows a solution please help.
I have also tried custom AP from a11 AP file on which I was able to install magisk and root but USB debugging wasn't working.

I have used this version Xdroid-13_arm64-bgN-lite-UNOFFICIAL.img. I can try slim variant.

CustomAP Based A11 works /but CustomAP Based A12 not works..? I mean install magisk.
No not try slim cause it Read only system.

Using debugging from dev to enable MTP works only on A12.

-Magisk broken(Warning:- you don't have enough space to install this app),
- USB debugging working
And

That right. You are good at making CustomAP.
Cause this GSI now in a beginning state. ( not fully support Stock A12)
MTP for GSIs is works on Stock A12 ONLY.
No A13 GSI now supported our A12 Stock Tab A7 Lite.

I hope this issue gets fixed in future updates. Because This gsi has almost everything to use as a daily driver.

On A11 Based is very good . Quick & Stable the best I had tested.

Hmm. Thanks for the report because both are very important for me. I was building that GSI as of this post. Canceling. Sticking with A12 VGB with CherishOS A12 for a long time until issues get fixed.

I think it's because of the partition problem, usually the Bl upgrade will reduce the free partition

Did this worked on xdroid installed on top of stock a12 like apps can now be installed and not tell that is not enough space or sepolicy denaial ?

Installation:
Spoiler: Coming from full stock
**Note: These steps will trip Knox and possibly void warranty on your phone**
**Note: Following these steps you will lose data on your phone, so back-up before continuing**
UNLOCK BOOTLOADER:
Enable Developer Options: Settings > About Phone > Software Information > Tap 7 times 'Build Number'
Enable OEM Unlock: Settings > Developer Options > Click 'OEM Unlock' to enable it
Turn off phone
Hold Volume Up + Volume Down and plug-in the USB cable in phone (USB cable must be already connected tp PC
You’re now in download mode (Blue Screen)
Press and hold Volume up for 7 sec (bootloader unlock screen)
Pres Volume up to confirm
**Warning** This will now wipe your phone and restart and couple of times but this is normal
When the phone is booted, connect to internet, skip the initial setup, you don't need to sign in to anything
Unlock should be enabled now and greyed out
Congrats you've unlocked your bootloader !
FLASH TWRP + PATCHED VBMETA:
OEM Unlock should be enabled and greyed out already
Download TWRP and patched vbmeta for your device from above links
Boot the phone into download mode (with the phone powered off, press Volume Up + Volume Down at the same time and plugin USB cable)
Press Volume up to continue
Load up ODIN
Go to ODIN options and uncheck auto reboot
Select USERDATA slot and select the TWRP+Patched VBMETA file tar you built (Device Specific)
Click Start and wait for Odin to complete with a PASS message
Now Keep USB cable plugged in, press Volume Down and Power and as soon as the screen goes black press and hold Volume Up and Power
You should now be in TWRP
IN TWRP:
Do a full wipe (wipe > Format Data > type 'yes' when asked and confirm)
Reboot phone back to recovery (Reboot > Recovery)
Download ROM zip files (P1 + P2) and copy them to the phone or to a USB OTG stick
FLASH ROM:
In TWRP click 'Install'
If using OTG click 'select storage', select 'USB OTG'
Browse to the location of the ROM zips, Select P1 zip and swipe to confirm
After flashing P1 zip, browse again to the location of the ROM zips, select P2 zip and swipe to confirm
ALWAYS FLASH P1 + P2 ZIP FILES
Follow the on-screen options
When flashing of P2 zip file is complete, click 'save logs' (for later use)
Click finish
Reboot to System
After flash and setup is completed, download and install Magisk Canary app from Magisk github and install it; when you run for the first time the magisk app will need to do some setup and will then automatically reboot the phone
After reboot you're all set, congratulations !
Spoiler: Updating BeyondROM to latest version
When upgrading FW to flash the latest BR, these are the recommended steps.
It is assumed that you are already on BeyondROM.
Download the latest/required version of the firmware (Samfirm, Frija etc...)
Unzip the stock ROM zip
Boot the phone into Download mode
Load up Odin and uncheck auto-reboot in Odin settings
Insert the relevant files into their slots (BL = BL, AP=AP, CP=CP, CSC=HOME_CSC) **It's important to use HOME_CSC to keep your data intact**
In the USERDATA slot insert your TWRP+Patched VBMETA tar file (Device Specific)
Start Flash
When flashing completes, keep USB plugged in, hold Volume Down + Power, as soon as the screen goes black hold Volume Up + Power pressed to enter TWRP
When in TWRP, flash latest BeyondROM zip files (ALWAYS FLASH P1 + P2 ZIP FILES)
When BR flashing completes, save logs and reboot to system

Kind of ... if you want to flash any mod zip in twrp you'll need to flash first both rom zips then your mod zip without rebooting between the flashes

Excuse me, without knowing, I'm guessing RW stands for Read Write but what does it actually mean being RW ready ?

The stock file system on S23 is Erofs and read only with RW privileges you can do more with root
