Hi All
during first configuration of my Xiaomi 12T Pro, google Ask me to enable Bold Font. I answered YES.
Now .... I don't Like this and I would like to reverse to normal Font. (Not Bold).
The problem is:
- I tried to change Font from "Themes" but any font i select ... it's always tranform in "Bold" by system !
- I Tried to "search" and seems that... in "Accessibility" --> "Display" ---> It would be an option "Bold Font" but is MISSED !!! I can only change dimension and "Experimental Option" but nothing about "Bold Font".
I don't want recover my phone in first setup only for this problem.
Is there any way for "disable" Bold Font ?
Please Help me.

Try Display --> Text Size. Is that available?

Text Size is Avaible but it changes only the dimensions of Text.
Text Remains "Bold" in any size selected.

During First Boot, Android ask for: google account, Gpay Credit Card. Theme settings ... and at the end of these steps there are some "box" to check. One of this Box is "Change Settings about text". Inside this box there is the option to enable bold font. But... this setting is visibile only at the first time.
Now it's impossible to me, come back to this settings.
Please see this video.... at 8:40 it show Settings about Text.
In My MIUI 14, this settings are different and Bold Text is Missing.
There is a way to have the same interface of the video ?

I Success !!!! I Win !!!
I Installed "Activity Launcher" and I tried to search "vision" like the video. Not Luck.
But... I Searched "Text" and so I Can open "Android Settings of Text" (And no MIUI Settings) so... here the screenshot.
As you can see, Bold Text (Grassetto) was enable.
Now it's Disable and I have resolved the problem !!!!

In the screen settings window, you can set the font size, but thats only the today screen and programs menu (as far as I know) but if you want to change the font size of the start menu or something like that then i cant help you.

Ht=800 seems to be the default menu font size.

The short answer is yes - pick a number, see what happens. You'll need to soft reset after each change.

How to write under the quick link icon, the name of the shortcut. Somewhere I saw that but I unfortunately forgot where, and ask for days. Thank you in advance, and yes i use HD2 with stock rom (wwe) and CHT 1.8.5
Open CHT Editor (Menu Spft key on home tab), then choose 'Quicklink Settings', scroll down and set 'Hide text' to off.
It is switch to off i was try to switch of & on several times but nothig change text is no there i would like to be like on pic

28. Change QuickLink Display Names
If you don't like your Quicklinks display names being truncated and looking like for example "Resco Regi.." and would prefer it look like "Reg Edit" then you can edit the display names here: HKLM/Software/HTC/Manila/Home/x then edit the DispName.
(x = the quicklink position)
*edit* never mind, read wrong. yeah you should be able to change that in CHTEditor. If it doesn't work, maybe export your settings for CHT & then reinstall it.
theres a setting for "quicklinks" and "freelinks".......
make sure they are both on........

Yes CHT 1.8.5 sory if i dont wrote this, so is there aniway to do someting with text under quick link icons

Tried this. It duplicates the launcher icons every redraw until it gets overwhelmed and FCs. Give it more time.
That problem only occurs with Angry Birds. I believe they are working on a fix.

Does anyone have a clue, how to:
- Add a shortcut to Circlelauncher.
I mean the shortcut should appear as app, maybe in the manu as well.
Ive been using it for a while now and think it's great! occasionally it slows down when opening one of the circlelancher widgets (i have four on my screen) but have never experienced an FC from it.
Tap to open the launcher. Currently installed apps appear. To add more, tap circle icon. List of all apps should appear. Check the ones you want....Is this what toy meant?

Do you mean getting the circlelauncher to appear on your screen? If so keep in mind that they are widgets so you have to long press on your screen and select it from the widget menu.
If you mean choosing the individual apps, you choose them from the settings menu.

Or to add shortcut somehow else. (I know that in a normal case, you can not add shortcuts to it)
I want to clear my homesreen totaly btw. Dou you know any launcher, that would let me to even make the dialer or contact button to disapperar? (have motorola defy)

Since the Nook Color so far can't make shortcuts, I might suggest asking in the Motorola Defy section of the forum.
facebook picture for contacts
Circlelauncher is a great widget so far, haven't had any problems. Does anyone know if it's possible to use the facebook pictures as the picture for the contacts? That would be a great addition!
Is there a way to arrange the order of the icons? I want to group like items.

On most android phones when you pick the wallpaper it also shows it on the lockscreen. That doesnt appear to be the case here, so how do you change it? I'm on overcome v1.2.1.

On stock rom you can do following,
...settings/screen/screen display/then options ..home screen wallpaper and lockscreen wallpaper, if you select lockscreen ,further options ..wallpaper gallery or gallery,
is it the same on your rom ?
(another option,
to set lockscreen, from picture gallery application , straight )

To clear this post up a little (because I could barely make it out...no offence to willcor though)
You can do one of two things...
1. Go to Settings
> Screen
> Screen Display
> Select the word "Wallpaper" under the screen you would like to change
> Select where you would like to choose the picture from (most custom ROMs don't support the "Wallpaper Gallery" Option)
> Choose your picture
2. Go to your Gallery Application
> Select the folder in which the picture that you want is located
> Select your picture (A Motion sensor setting popup may come up if this is your first time. Doesn't matter what you choose for it)
> Hit the options soft button in the top right corner of the tablet (if you have no menu buttons up, press anywhere on the picture once and they will come up)
> Select "Set Picture As"
> Select either LockScreen or Wallpaper
Neither works on task's roms.

Okay. Then tell me how you have done it since I have used both of these methods and the new lockscreen from 14 does not change.
I installed this rom : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2201030 and I like it a lot. But it shows the wallpaper everywere (in some apps, in settings etc) and it makes text hard to read. Is there any way to disable that feature?

try n change the theme of the phone... see if that helps...
Any wallpaper set on the desktop is shown under menus also.
