May I post an official Rom from this forum to others?

Sorry if I shouldn't start a new thread regarding this question, I couldn't find the answer in the existing threads.
May I post an official Rom downloaded from this forum to other forums, with reference of course. Am I allowed to do that?
thanks a lot for any answers!

As far as I know there are no rules, written or unwritten, regarding this. I personally have no issue with it as long as the proper credit is given. However, I would advise asking the rom chef for his blessing. But once again, proper credit should definitely be given.
Cheers,
Tater

Among other things this thread's title is senseless.
Change it to How to access LBF-file or similar.
Anyway:
If you're speaking of a file created with LG Backup app then you can restore its content with this app.

How to post a Question?
Use the Thread Title
Do not just write "Help" but keep it brief ie "Device is bootlooping after trying to install a custom rom"
Include Device Name Carrier, and model # in the title. e.g. Samsung Galaxy S7 (T-Mobile) [SM-G930T]
Include
What were you trying to do? (root, install a mod/rom...)
Where you following a Guide/Video? Include a link or or Guide name if you cannot post a link
What is the device doing now? Bootlooping, will not power on, stuck in bootloader/Fastboot mode...
Root status, if you know (Rooted, not rooted)
Bootloader status, if you know (Locked/Unlocked)
Why Doesn't anyone reply to my Question?
Did you ask in the correct section?
Did your Question make sense?
Did you include enough info?
Be Patient, your question may be harder to answer than you think, and it may take some time before someone who can help even sees your post.
Please read these before posting

Lol, good luck.
@XDAC1234
Please refrain from opening 2 threads for the same question. You gotta remain patient until someone will show up with help.
@sd_shadow has been kind enough to provide you with the necessary steps and information.
The other thread has been deleted and this one edited. Feel free to change the title, but make sure to stick to the recommendations.

Depending on the topic I've seen threads get hundreds of views before a reply.
