Camera stock app gets green like this and I can't switch between camera in the "photo" mode, but in the other modes like pro modes or other modes without HDR everything works. So something went wrong a long the way and I with help from knowledgeable people think it's the persist file I need, the RUI3 persist file so I can flash it. Can anyone help me with that?

Ever since I TWRP FACTORY reset, I have none of these. I even wipe everything and reinstall stock rom, partition, none still. What is wrong?
Even the camera will not take pics because it says full storage when the phone is formatted.

my verizon G3 had problem with motion sensor. cant do anything with cardboard (no move)
i check with Gpu-z and built in tester hidden menu, the resuit is gyroscope not work.
Also flash other ROMs but still not work. And screen still rotate normally.

Edit; remove quiet from the boot kernel command to show boot-up on screen then use your new learned camera skills and snap that sucker.
I have a Cubot Note S and i used many custom Roms. I love to use the cm 13.1 ROM but the problem is that if i use clover(image board browser), then i get the message that its not possible to play the webm video(pic attached). How can i fix this? Other Roms i used worked perfectly. i tried to replace stuff from a ROM i know it works but i failed. I hope someone could help me. Btw where is the decoder part located in the ROM?

There is an overlay that appears on my screen persistently. And it shows stuff i dont understand. I just want it off my screen. The only time it doesnt interfere and pops on my screen is when i put the phone on safeboot mode.
My device is oneplus 6 and i recently updated to android 10 using the oxygen updater
I dont wanna factory resety phone. Because i hate having to set up all the accounts and passwords. Especially those ones that uses Authenticator.
