Low Battery warning - MDA, XDA, 1010 General

I change the registry for the "low battery warning" and disabled all items for notification. But i have also the battery symbol in the symbol line (same place as the letter symbol for new sms and mail)
Is this correct?
Thanks for answer.

i am newbie, but i think ur registry entry only offers one more option (under phone-settings-sounds) so u can say if there should be an alarm or not..but a visual alarm symbol will stay!(i think thats good..for u)
but this crap ding dong sound thing is away now!
i did the same and it works fine!

extended sms notification

Hi all,
I wonder if it is possible to keep SMS notification ringing?
I had a Samsung phone before and after an incoming SMS it kept on playing the selected sound until you opened the message.
It doesn't appear that you can do this - go into StartMenu\Settings\Sounds&Notifications, select the notifications tab and change the event to "Inbox:New SMS Message". There is no option for repeat notifications like there is for the "Reminder" event.
I have selected the "flash light for: no limit" option which means the red light on the top corner of the imate will flash until you read the message - this seems to do for me.
Either that or you record a very long sound file and put that in there!!
Hope that was of some help...
Right on the spot
 Well Done
At last somebody highlighted this matter and i personally would like to know is there any possiblilty to tweak with it??

stubborn VM icon on the notificatoin bar

For some reason i have a very "stubborn" VM icon residing in the notification bar that simply will not go away when tapping it. is there some way to dispose of this icon?
i tried everything i can think of including removing battery and reboot. btw, i don't presently have any voice mails.
thanks

[Q] Anyone know this icon?

Anyone know what this lil icon is for?
The one in the status bar next to my alarm icon??
Cheers,
Evil.
keyboard
right: I think that is is the wifi (only on, not connected to any network)
left: lets you know that you pressed the blue button on the keyboard and is locked in symbols, so when you press "H" instead of writing the letter put the symbol "*"
Try repeatedly pressing the blue button and you'll see how it changes the icon

A strange notification symbol on the status bar

Is there any one familiar with this strange notification symbol? I realize that this symbol indicates an error but I am not able to identify.
After purchasing my S3 in June, 2012 there might be 2 reasons to have such errors as below:
1. Without using anivirus application I downloaded as many applications including unknown sources.
2. I felt down my s3 number of times during party time.
Regards
Does it say anything in the notification bar when you swipe down?

Notifications are off. Swipe down your menu bar, scroll to the right in the toggles and make sure notifications are turned on.

status bar

You can tell me if you can delete the battery symbol and leave only the percentage and if possible move the time center thanks

You need to turn on the System UI Tuner.
Pull down notification bar and long press on the settings icon. When you get the message that it's turned on (read the warning) tap on battery. You'll have option to hide battery icon.
Position of the clock can't be changed as far as I know.
