Ringing to the headset only - MDA, XDA, 1010 General

Hi folks,
Is there a way or setting that will make the XDA to deliver the ringing only to the headset ?
I found that all types of sounds (Battary, SMS, reminders, .. etc) are delivered to the headset except the ringing sound. This would be great during meetings instead of vibrating.
Thanks ...

Is it possible to set vibration mode?

Hi all!
Just curious about this, perhaps some of you guys had the solution...
Like those in the normal phone; nokia, etc. When incoming call, even the tone were set to a song ringtone, the vibration will play intermittently, unlike in Hima, when selecting song ringtone, it will consistently vibrate without stop. So I wonder if there's a way to control the vibration mode? I have not used song ringtone since it continually vibrates until the end of the cut which literally almost to the span of the incoming call.
thanks.
yea my sony ericson has long and short vibration controller, but i think ther isn't any for ppc devices. i also want it if theres one heh...

[Q] no sound on incoming bluetooth call

Car stereo has bluetooth. I finally hooked up a microphone so it's usable in the car for making calls. When I place a call everything works fine, but when I receive a call I can't hear the caller, although they can hear me fine.
Anyone else experience this and find a fix?
Running the latest official AT&T release with no modifications.
Yes, I keep finding this myself and I have discovered the "problem" and solution
Basically, any incoming calls default to handset speaker and you have to manually tap "bluetooth" to transfer the call to the headset/handsfree. When making outgoing calls, it defaults to Bluetooth from the offset so no problem!
What I do not know, however, is how to force it to default to Bluetooth on incoming call...
I have not seen that issue and I use BT in my car a lot. BB351
Something else that could be the case: Are you listening to music through A2DP bluetooth at the time that the call comes in? It's possible that the transition from A2DP to headset protocol is what is "blocking" the call from going straight to the handsfree?
chaosdefinesorder is correct, you could have a misbehaving music app (or any other app with audio over bluetooth, such as navigation).
I know that PowerAmp and Playerpro both work well with bluetooth with the music stopping when a call comes in.
I was listening to FM radio at the time. When the call ends it always go back to whatever I was listening to.
So next time I should tap the phone button on the radio instead of sliding the button on the phone, apparently.

This was it. I have to answer the head unit, not the phone.
Operator error.

Bluetooth AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!

Right does anyone know of any modifications I can make to a file that allows notification, email, messaging sounds go through a handsfree headset, currently only phone ring tone does this through profiles.

Cannot silence ringtones and notifications when a headset is plugged into my device

I have a very annoying problem. When I'm listening to music, podcasts etc. or anything with my head phones, and my device is set to either silent or vibrate when a notification or phone call comes through it blares through to my headphones especially phone calls. I use Viper to enhance my audio and listen to my music at a high fidelity and when a phone call comes in it is extremely loud through my headset. I'm running a ported rom Uncarrier V2. If anyone has any suggestions or a possible solution it would be greatly appreciated .
Thanks in advance!!

Gear Fit 2 Audio mute problem.

Audio mute also mutes voice feedback.
While using an exercise like running or walking, playing a mp3 file from the GF2, the inteval guide set to 5 minutes (or something else). At the interval the mp3 is muted, you can just hear the voice feedback start but this is muted as well.
Only if there is no sound playing you can hear the voice feedback.
Already did a reset of the device a couple of times, but it doesn't change.
Anybody having the same problem or have a fix/workaround ?
