How can I dump Raphael ROM? - Touch Pro, Fuze ROM Development

Before playing with cooked ROMs, I'd like to make an image of the original ROM for backup purposes. How can this be done? Sorry if this has been answered before - I searched the forums but couldn't find anything regarding Raphael.

I would also like to know how I can do this?

You can dump your original ROM using these instructions:
Dumping Raphael OS ROM

And how do i do so the .raw files becomes a rom file that i can flash with hardspl. or how do i do to get in the phone again

see Wiki, cooking part and you'll find the kitchen tools

i had tried that but i think im a little bit stupid, i dont get it 100 %

isent it any easy way to build a flashable ROM from the .raw files.
pls help

I need help to learn to cook a ROM

Hello everybody, I tried a lot of roms from all the developers from this forum.
Now I would create my own ROM, but I don't understand how to start.
Could someone help me in this adventure?
here is a good way to start
try using my nanoscopic kitchen then you'll see what is needed to coock a rom
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=327225
then you can start to use the hyper core kitchen and start dumping roms to rebuild
The BIG Gullum!!!
Thx so much for all of your job. I will try to read your instruction.
Gullum, how can I get the OS.nb file? I mean, with Nanoscopic I will able to add/remove some apps from the ROM, but the OS will be still the same, isn't it?

yes you will need to use hyper core for dumping new roms but most new roms the rgu files(registry settings) have been removed... so it's verry hard to make roms out of the never roms.
but you can use my kitchen to learn and you can also find lots of oem packs on this forum that you can include in the oem folder of the kitchen
It means that I can only add or remove some cabs file?
But how you can create a ROM from the beginnings?
I think that is not possible for me to change the ROM in the deep
An easy question: how can I change the ROM theme, or dialpad?
My friend Gullum i´m portuguese can you help me because i would like to learn about to change ROM for portuguese language is ti very dificult?

Anyone interested in 1.90.813.3 ROM Dump?

I have it in my raphael.
http://rapidshare.com/files/151349762/raphael_1.90.831.3.rar
It is part01.raw and part02.raw files, WWE.
Yes sir, pls. Is it russian ROM?
now, it is wwe rom, updated first post
I'll make into an nbh later on if needs be. Good work sir.
Probably is still build 19965 (rom 1.90) so unless there is any newer OEM stuff it should still be the stock raphael build.
just want to make sure it is 1.90.813.3 or 1.90.831.3
I am looking for the 831 shipped rom as I still cannot find it anywhere
THX~
most probably 831.3
I have flashed roms before and this may be a stupid question ... but how do i get the .raw files onto my touch pro?
Thanks in adv
Kris
You have to build a flashable .nbh file with the rom kitchen!

Hi, I'm sure someone will be as it's the latest version, and it'll also be useful to users requiring ROM restoration to have as many different images available as possible in the hopes of matching their original.
So please upload it and post it on the wiki.
Can anyone direct me to a thread on how to rip the rom out of my phone ?
Im not really too sure where to start. But I did want the option to reflash to the original rom should I not really like one of the cooked roms.
I will do a search, but if anyone has a quick link id appreciate it

You cook ROMS by building the basic componenet up. 3 folders are vital:
1) ROM
2) SYS
3) OEM
The ROM/SYS are the basic OS of the phone that is needed.
The OEM are essentailly the various packages or programs that you want the custom ROM to contain.
The thread by jerpelea contains all that you need for your kitchen to start cooking.
Given that you intend to create a custom ROM that is in portugese, I would recommend using the Blackstone OEM packages. Eack program appears to have 2 folders, a basic program, and then a language for that program. It is certainly easier than editing and translating the package to portugese.

Rom

Hello, I have a T4242 Iolite htc and would like to dump my rom. How doing it? Thanks
I like too
Here is a tutorial:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=490236
I successfully dump my rom, but I think that we must to have a rom for this device(cause needed an os.nb) to can use the raw files, and there isn't one yet.
If someone knows if this can be done with a rom from another device, let me know cause I want to edit my rom and put some localized files inside.
