Still waiting for sprint touch pro - Touch Pro CDMA

I ordered 2 touch pros on the 12th from sprint, they told me 7-10 days, on the 18th they told me two weeks =(. Anyone else had/having this problem with sprint?

I am waiting on a replacement on a 30 day exchange. Order was put in on the 11th.

on sprint.com they are currently out of stock... ive been trying to even order one these last few days. Hopefully they get more soon b/c my contract with verizon ends on thursday

i ordered mine from sprint.com as soon as they were in stock on the 14th (a friday, i previously signed up to get notified by email when they get more in stock). it was free over-night shipping and arrived the next business day on monday. it's been working great since then

They told me they couldn't do an exchange while it was out of stock when I called on the 18th, bastards (if you work for Sprint, please don't take this personally). I received mine on the 17th and now I'm waiting for it to be in stock again so I can call back and set up an exchange (off-white orbs on the lower portion of my LCD). Hopefully you get your replacement soon.

yea were expecting shipments to go through on the 25th we have a major backorder on that phone

I'm having some pains as well. I placed my order on the 13th, and was told I would probably have it in hand on monday the 17th. When it hadn't arrived by the 19th, I called to sort it out. Turns out the internal sprint ordering process is a two step process, and the dude helping me didn't confirm the second part, so while there was an order, the phone technically hadn't been ordered yet. So after assuring them I did in fact want them to push the order through, they completed the order, telling me it would arrive this last Saturday.
The next day I called back because I had a bad feeling they miight have changed the price I had agreed upon with the first guy. I only then found out that the unit was on back order, and I wouldn't receive it until this Friday.
I have doubts it will be here. This has all been frustrating. I hope it's worth it.

Sorry you're having trouble. I ordered mine a little after midnight on Nov. 2 (when they first made it available online) and got it 3 days later. I was a little nervous being an early adopter before all the reviewers had a chance to review it but I figured if I didn't get it then and waited I'd have to deal with depleted inventory issues and I needed a new phone right away.

ordered one on the 17th and one on the 18th. Was supposed to get one of them on the 19th. No luck. Still on back order. They are telling me the first week of Dec. I already sold my mogul and now stuck using a samsung A900. URGH!

www.newegg.com has the Sprint TP for $199 (after $100 MIR and 2 yr contract sign up), I plan on dealing with them very soon. Anyone order from there and experience wait times? It looks like a pretty good deal, and hopefully there will be a 20% off savings when dealing with paypal on cyber monday (if rumors hold true).
I just canceled my VZW plan, I think I'm making the right move.

Sprint premier Evo3D june 21st release date?

per the press release, looks like premier customers can buy the Evo3D on June 21st online.
"Additionally, Sprint Premier customers will have the opportunity to purchase HTC EVO 3D online three days before the national launch, while supplies last. Qualifying customers will receive an email on June 21, or they can log on to their account at www.sprint.com on June 21, click "show me my rewards" and then "Sprint Premier Community" for more information."

I never bought a phone online before, would you really get it sooner by ordering it online then just going into the store on the 24th?
Yes, Sprint typically ships Overnight so you have a chance to get it a day or 2 before the release in store.
I'll be trying to order mine right at midnight! Everytime one ordered from online or telesales I've gotten it in a day.

should. "while supplies last". giving it to you 1.5 days before everyone that pre-ordered...
the other option is to wait till the 24th, and be guaranteed to have one waiting for you.
i'd go the pre-order route rather than be SOL

This is for silver and gold premier or gold premier only? If gold only, what about the people who got 'temp gold' status on their account to get the evo 3d. Will they qualify? I'm thinking it's any premier but better to make sure now than be disappointed later.
EDIT..further thoughts...If Sprint sticks to their plan to drop the instant rebates on the 23rd. The premier people could still get it since they are getting the phone a couple days early!

The sprint email flyer says get it 200 after instant rebate. so either way you are good with that.
It takes two days for me ...
So ill recieve it on the 23rd... Thar's not bad SWEET!!

I don't think anyone has "temporary" Gold Premier status. From what the reps told me when I got mine reset, is depending on the situation, they would just reset your upgrade date. They checked their systems to see if you were previously qualified for the upgrade in June, (or whenever,) and if that was the case, they simply reset it. For me, they saw that I had been a Premier customer since it's inception, and that I recently switched from my SEP, to a family, then back to SEP, so they COMPLETELY reset my account back to Gold.
Either way, I go 10-year Gold in November, so it doesn't really matter. Maybe I'll get another upgrade then? haha
ill just get it the day it comes out. my job lets me out for summer break the 23. id rather the phone not sit on my porch while i am at work. plus i already have 2 pre orders.

I called in to account services cause i am a gold member so no worries there.
First silver or Gold if you are a premier customer you can order it.
Second.I said when on the 21st will i be able to do it since ill do it at midnight if that is the case.
I was then transferred to premier rewards and they told me that when they come in at 8am they will put it on the site.
Now if that is 8am est pst i did not ask but this is what i got.
Already preordered through a Sprint corporate location. I'm 1st on the list there, but I'll be eligible to buy it online on the 21st. I'm trying to decide if I should buy it early online or wait 3 more days and pick it up at the store. Any reason I should wait til the 24th? There's a chance you wouldn't get the purchase in, in time. As you wont be able to preorder on the 21st, but rather, check the site during the time they're selling. I'd say it's worth waiting one day to ensure you get it (as Sprint does 2 dayshipping (rarely overnights it)).

I'm a 10 year gold so I'm pretty sure I could order it on the 21st and it only takes 1 day to get it when they've mailed me phones in the past. Only problem is i preordered at RS about a week or so ago and will be stuck with a $50 gift card..... hmmm choices choices...

If I pre-order on the 21st (i'm gold) can i get the $100 instant rebate and the $150 discount on the phone??????
Sprint also charges no activation fees for phones ordered online, so you will save the $30 fee of activating the phone. That is your perk for not flooding the stores.
You can also ask them to waive it.....They will in most cases...just be polite and ask....

[Q] Any reason to order from somewhere other than Sprint?

I'm due for an upgrade on June 1 and spoke with someone in Sprint's Telesales who said I can upgrade early on May 18 but I have to call on May 18 to order and can't preorder before that. Fair enough. Since I won't be preordering, is there any better deal out there than just ordering straight through Sprint? Wirefly seems to be a lost cause at this point (newer preorders are showing multiple weeks behind) and Best Buy's free $50 gift card is only available for preorders according to their online chat. Amazon is showing backordered and might not have any discount over Sprint once preorders end (or if they do, they'll probably be a few weeks backordered)
Any thoughts? I'm inclined to just bite the bullet, order through Sprint Telesales at 12:01 AM on the 18th and probably get it delivered by Monday or Tuesday. The $199 + activation + shipping + tax will probably work out to $250 or so... Since I work all day on Friday, I might be able to pick up one in a store on Saturday but it's pretty likely the stores won't actually have any in stock (just like for 3 months after the OG EVO launch), so getting one shipped from Sprint seems to be the best option (aside from being patient and waiting a few weeks for a better deal to crop up!). What do y'all think?
I pre-ordered mine through BB last friday and the sales person said I was only 1 out of 12 that pre-ordered the phone so far. I doubt the phone will be sold out atleast not where I live. Especially being sold out at Sprint, seems like Sprint is the last place people are going to get the phone.
OK, good to know. I just remember my endless saga 2 years ago (two months after the OG EVO was released) of calling every Sprint store within 10 miles (and I live in NYC so that's a lot of stores!) and how every single one was sold out and only got a handful of new phones per week. Maybe Sprint has fixed their distribution system since then. I don't think I'd be saving anything by going with Best Buy though without a preorder...
If you get it from WF you'll get a better price...

$50 cheaper through amazon and also doesn't have an activation fee(we'll see).

Cancelled my Wirefly Order
I cancelled my order with Wirefly and just decided to p/u directly from the VZW store. Wirefly, when I called them to inquire on my order, they had me on hold for approximately 20 minutes. Then when someone finally picked up, the representative stated they have no ETA as to when the DNA would arrive in their warehouse for shipment but they would "upgrade" me to overnight once they receive the device. I went and picked mine up from the VZW store last Wednesday and have been enjoying it since. It's up to you but for the extra $50 you cldve been had your device duke. Just a thought ya know
I also cancelled my Wirefly order. When it had not shipped by release day I cancelled and ordered through VZW. Just got mine today. Damn holidays and weekend pushed out my shipping. All good now. Never go near wirefly again

I was wondering what day you ordered your DNA?
I ordered thru Wirefly once. Worst experience ever! Ordered an Evo LTE and a gnex
They billed me twice and there were a hundred other problems over the 2wk period. Also, if you change your phone plan, or lose or deactivate your device within the first 180 days, you owe them around 400$ penalty. I cancelled the order for one of the devices.

the only thing to worry about is if you do something to that line that effects wirefly's commision. If they don't get paid by verizon, they will get paid by you.

What is deactivate?
Anyone know if I order this on a new line on a current Share Everything and then deactivate a different line which is not under any contract will cause problems? Will Verizon "report to Wirefly" that I deactivated? Will Wirefly charge me?
Transferred my upgrade to my sister's line and activated it on my line, retained my unlimited!
I'll see if wirefly contact me but it should be fine.

Pre-order and Overnight or wait until Nov 6??

Hey guys
So after calling AT&T stores around here for two days I finally got a confirmed answer, the phone won't be available in stores until the 6th of November. My question for you guys is... Would you wait the 7 days to be able to pick it up in store or should I go to the store and pre order today (Saturday) and pay for overnight in hopes it gets to me Monday, though most likely Tuesday.
If I order it soon I wonder if it would ship out (doubtful) tonight and then get here Monday.
With each passing day I get more anxious about getting my hands on this device!!! Also if I waited until the 6th it would end up saving me abut $40 just with the overnight shipping and the last NEXT payment will have been made on the 4th. Okay so really it saves me the $15 in shipping.... But I'd still get it almost 4 days later..
I got mines already from att. Went ahead and paid the 14 bucks for overnight shipping. Putting the device through the paces now. So far so good. It is a nice device. A lil skeptical about this fingerprint reader though. I already have the Note 5. We shall see though.
I'm not going to lie I think this is the best phone I've ever had and I change phones every 6 months
Oh well going to order today so it ships out asap tomorrow. Overnighting it. I just can't wait any longer!

i switched from sprint to AT&T for the phone... went to the store ordered on 10/27 received on 10/28 by noon with no extra fee. was told 5-7 business days to receive.

Mine was ordered on 2-29 and a rep today has told me that it will take 3 business days.

The status online has changed 3 times for me. From shipping monday, then this week in 2-5 days. Now it says shipping the week of the 7th.
Obviously sprint can't figure out what they are doing. But what's new.

Ok So I pre ordered the Galaxy S7 on the 23rd at a retail store. I called up sprint today to get a status check on my order. the order number i gave him from my receipt did not work, so i told him to look at my account he saw that i had pre ordered the phone, he let me know that since all pre orders come with gearVR my phone will be shipped on the 11th of March along with the gearVR to a sprint store. he said i should get a tracking number right before its going to get shipped
The rep I talked to on the 29th said the phones were getting shipped to them from ***** on the 4th and they would ship the 7th. FWIW. She also said the Gear VR was in stock and would ship the 29th LOL.

Just chatted with a rep online. He says that they are back-ordered, but they'll be getting more in over the weekend and have them out next week. I sort of feel like a whiner because i'm not getting my phone earlier than I expected it. This process is making me act like a child. HAHA. If my order doesn't come early next week I'm going to throw an all-out man tantrum.
Information: for some reason sprint thinks that it's expectable to send out the phones that were purchased on 2/29 and 3/1 immediately , however who ever placed it on the 23rd we have to wait ! How does that make any since in hell??? I don't get it why are we the ones that are "backordered" ? We ordered nearly a week before them it's not fair that they are getting them , I complained and I suggest you do as well and let them know people are receiving it I received 30$ bill credit and a 30$ assessory because they agreeded and couldn't explain why mine wasn't sent even the person from the shipping department was confused !
They only give me a 15 dollar credit I order on the 24 and my bro order on 2/29 and has his phone I was piss I call everyday and everyday every sprint rep said something different smh

Keep complaining over live chat and over the phone i was pissed too i don't get it ! Why does someone who ordered after mine is the one who gets it ??? it makes no sense to me, and even the order specialist (shipping department) didnt even understand. My assumptions is that sprint originally gave us the 3/7 deadline but if you noticed on 2/29 and 3/1 the statuses changed and the people who placed orders on those two days originally received a shorter shipping period . So to avoid any problems they just shipped it due to whatever your original shipping said to avoid any problems and we are the ones that got backordered.

Bingo.... I work 2nd shift and missed the cutoff (was it noon on March 1st? Original date Sprint said to get ur phone first?) Saw people were getting there phones early..ordered around 2pm... Got my black edge almost exactly 72 hours later...had no idea it was coming..never had a tracking number

I ordered on the 25th, same status changes on the order page as you guys, no shipping info yet. Regular s7. Seems like edge orders have shipped first, I think I will hop on chat later and complain a little and try to get some clarification.
