NOTE to the COMMUNITY:
With all of the updates and releases that I have been doing this past weeks, this is by far the hardest one that I made. This update took the longest hours to complete compared to the previous versions/releases (the Icons for NEO are a pain in the a** to convert and edit). I think this will be my Final release for NErOse. And I think I am going to take a break from cooking custom ROMs for a while. This release really exhausted me. I hope you all have fun with this release, as much as I had making it for all of you.
For SLiM Based ROSE ROM users, a final update will be released in a couple of days. XIP and SYS are both ported from the same build, the current one (1.04) is still a hybrid. I will also include some additional customizations. Thank you all for trying out my Custom ROMs. All for now - Pampooh

Instructions:
1. [REQUIRED] Make sure that you have made a Registry Unlock - Application Unlock, and CID unlock on your device. (You only need to do this once before upgrading to any unofficial ROM)
2. Run Auto.bat on your PC. (Not ROM update utility)
3. Follow on screen instructions.
4. Wait until flash process is completed.
5. As with other unofficial ROMs, I will not be held liable if you ‘brick’ your device. For beginners, please read through the Startrek forum first before flashing your device. It doesn’t hurt to learn a bit before modifying your device.

1.03a Version Information:
• Fixed some conflicting files.
• Boots with Black NEO with Rinku, as Default Scheme. This scheme took a lot of my time; I didn’t expect making images into this color was going to be this challenging…
• Boots with Black Soft Key, as Default Color Scheme.
• Added HTC Phone Canvass
• Added HTC Bootloader (needed to make Phone Canvass work)
• NEO themes currently available does not work with this release, Because the NEO interface utilizes CHome, rather than the old plugin used in WM6. For this reason .png images’ names starts off with NEO. If you want to use NEO themes from WM6, you could rename all .png files to start off with NEO_ rather than CHome_ and manually replace them in your Device\Windows folder.
• Went back to NetCF 2.0, the default NetCF from Official HTC Rose ROM. I figured that since even new Windows Mobile Builds uses this instead of the new one, 3.5, then there must be some reason to it... Otherwise they should have already implemented 3.5 to the newer builds... I might be wrong though...
• Lastly, before anyone claims otherwise, I did not rip the NEO Theme I used from anyone. I personally edited the Original Camou theme from a Shadow ROM dump, using PhotoShop.

Here's a tip for all of you, If you want your Photo's from the Storage Card to be displayed in the Photo/Picture Panel in your Home Screen. Just make a Folder, named Pictures, in your Storage Card and put your Pictures there.

It did slow down a bit. And it's because of the NEO files. It has too many graphic files. It does consume some memory. But it's not that much, and not that noticeable. It's well worth the speed sacrifice because it just looks damn nice. Thanks for trying it out ebsbow.

Been fiddling around with this ROM tonight, flashed my BA too, but could keep my eyes of this ROM. Its so nice. I love the CHome NEO( with Rinku) Today screen, I want it on my BA.

Today I just made a call using this and I found out that my favourite rose calling panel in 1.04 is gone @[email protected] Any chance that my greediness appears to be true ? Hehe ... I wan Neo-Home with Rose Calling panel (Up-Down-Left-Right got their function during calls) ... Is it possible my fren Pampooh ?

Ei buddy, hmmmmn, I don't know if I could somehow put phone canvass in this release. As far as I know, phone canvass, as well as the other HTC Rose Stuff utilizes it's own bootloader (HTC Rose Bootloader), Since this release is using NEO (which is incompatible with most HTC Rose Stuff, the main reason why I didn't include Rose Black Sliding Panels in this release), I don't know if it will work... I'll try it tomorrow and I'll let you know if I get it to work.

All done. I'll just try it for a few hours. I'll upload it later, in a couple of hours. I will inform you when I have uploaded it. Thank you for the Phone Canvass suggestion my friend.
The updated version will have NEO with Rinku as the default scheme upon 1st boot. I figured it was a pretty lame idea on my side to have it boot up with the default scheme, and make all of you go through the process of setting it.

Not much changes in the new version, I only included HTC Phone Canvass, as requested by ghost_301. Check out the images in first post. When I have the time I'll .CAB the other NEO Color Schemes and post it in Second Post. All for now. Enjoy the new release.
