I have a JASJAM and I just upgraded the ROM to JJ's Black Majik and I was wondering if there was any way that I can install HTC HD's Original ROM into my JASJAM because I saw my friends phone and I was amazed of the things that his ROM does specially the weather function that I would die to have it on my phone so is there anyway I can do that?

Hi all I have a new Imate and love it but I see so many Rom updates it is starting to spin my head. It looks like the OS From England is the best from talk….Is this so or is it hit and miss..Please guide me and then How do I change my I-mate to what ever Rom you guys say is best?

I'm in the same boot as you except I have the MDA II with an older upgrade 1.60. I also have read that the new XDA II ROM appears to be the most stable.
I would like to hear how people respond to your thread, because I asked too many questions in the ROM Comparison thread I posted a couple of days ago, and got 0 responses.
I would like to add to your request for the best upgrade, is it best to stay within ROM Upgrade Brands. Am I correct that using an XDA II ROM upgrade on my MDA II device will create an ID issue, which if I want to sucessfully use a different brand ROM, I will have to hack around the ID issue.

hello, ive been looking thru the forums at the wm2003se roms and im starting to get confused with which one is the best and most stable, there seems to be soo many different verions with so many different extended roms, could someone please tell me which is best wm2003se and extended rom to use please? im on the orange network in the uk )

There is NOT such thing as the BEST ROM/Ext ROM! It's a matter of taste and needs.
If you made a bit of research, you'll find the qualified opinions of the most experienced users and developers around, and should make your choices: BT Sync? HandsFree profile? Handwriting recognition? Your preferred language? Intellipad? VoiceDial? Landscape? and the hundreds of documented bugs!
My advice: get ONLY what you need. The farther you go, the greater are the chances for something to fail.
Our machines are great, but UNSUPPORTED.

YES he is using the manilla but with windows 6.1, you can find the manilla cab somewhere in the forum, just search for it "qvga manila"

I was relatively happy with my i-mate ultimate 8502 till I dropped it and the display broke.
As I'm against buying new stuff if you can at a reasonable price fix something, I'm asking if anybody is willing to sell almost altrusistically a display or even the whole phone? We could do it through the normal channels (paypal, google, ebay,whatever). Or in person, I'me based in Spain.

Hey all.
I recently got a new HCT DOPOD, and would like to upgrade it to 6.5.
A quick trial with a few roms and I found alot of them are too slow for my liking.
Another problem i found was lack of video calling on the Roms.
Does anyone know of a fast, basic Rom for a HTC DOPOD (or hermes as its officialy called) that has video calling.
