im sorry, but this isnt the correct forum section for your device

YES he is using the manilla but with windows 6.1, you can find the manilla cab somewhere in the forum, just search for it "qvga manila"

I was relatively happy with my i-mate ultimate 8502 till I dropped it and the display broke.
As I'm against buying new stuff if you can at a reasonable price fix something, I'm asking if anybody is willing to sell almost altrusistically a display or even the whole phone? We could do it through the normal channels (paypal, google, ebay,whatever). Or in person, I'me based in Spain.

Is there any firm news on the likleyhood of a WM2003SE Upgrade for XDAII's (or any of the other versions of this hardware)? I have seen plenty of posts from people who seem to think it will come sometime but nothing official confirming this.
Given that HP have abandined any possibility of an upgrade for existing users I think it unlikley but I guess it only needs one ISP to offer the upgarde for Himalaya hardware and then we should be able to re-work it for the rest of us.

welcome to xda-developers... on the top right hand part of your screen... there is a search function... use it..
short answer... no chance...
And the slightly longer answer (I wish all those nagging newbies would read this...): O2 took a long time getting WM5 to work right on the Atom line. When I bought mine, 4-5 months after release, it had barely gotten past the Alpha stage in ROMs! Who wants WM6, which is really nothing that shiny and new, with a ton of new bugs, incompatible software and annoyances?
WM6 on XDA Stealth?!?

I can dish out unsubstantiated statements just as well as him: I have Mac OS running on my Atom right now, and it works just like the IPhone. And I dual boot with Linux Ubuntu, when I want to. See how easy it is?

I have a JASJAM and I just upgraded the ROM to JJ's Black Majik and I was wondering if there was any way that I can install HTC HD's Original ROM into my JASJAM because I saw my friends phone and I was amazed of the things that his ROM does specially the weather function that I would die to have it on my phone so is there anyway I can do that?
The day after I flashed WM6.5 on my Prophet,it became slower and slower,on the contrary,my desktop computer become faster,for I have updated it a few days ago.
My Prophet,such as my close friend,belongs one important thing in my daily life.I'm a cooker from mainland China,I started to flashed my phone since the second month I bought it in April,2007.After my college entrance examination in June,2007,I became crazy at flashing all the new roms I can found all over the world.A young man,called Gullum,gave me some help.I also got some help from the forums in my country,such KK,Consam,XJ,youzi,etc.Thanks all of their hard working,so our Prophet can keep updating from WM5.0 to WM6.5.
Today,my Prophet is become old,and often founded some problem by sudden.I wanna to buy a new phone,such as HD,or Diamond II.I donot know which is more suitable to me.Can you all give me some suggestions?

呵呵，好久没在830区看到中国人了，我一直在这里逗留~
我个人习惯这个论坛的管理操作~特别喜欢这里的人，因为他们的贴子和回贴从来没有废话，可以很容易在贴子中获得需要的知识和解决方法，而国人基本回贴清一色的就几个字，什么“顶”，“支持”等等，没有任何建设性意义...
Personally id buy an HD, just for the screen size, but then im going to say that as i have one hehe..... As for 6.5 on our prophet, the Rom takes up too much storage and requires more hardware than our beloved prophet can reasonably give, even if overclocked.
Also, as this is an english fourm, please also post a translation if speaking in another language.
ps, i sold my prophet with varanus 6.1 manila which imho was the best working rom.

Thx!!!I think HD is better,but it's too large to handle,it's a big problem to my little hands.
I know 6.5 rom takes up too much storage on our Prophet,and in China,6.5 seems not as suitable as 6.1 to Chinese people.Ha～Ha～
And the Chinese language,some words is useless to others except Chinese people,such as discussed some cookers in China,so that's why I did it.

I am new to this forum, please guide me as much as you all can and I thank you all for the same in advance.
Well am using a HTC Touch P3452 (elf 100) phone, it is a WM 6.x
I have the .Net frame work 3.5 installed in it.
I need some help, as I like to install new kinds of s/w every day and test them.
First I think my Touch Flo or the so called Manila is a 2D can I install a 3D version if YES, link please, if NO, reason please.
Second Can I upgrade this WM 6.x to WM 7 if YES, link please, if NO, reason please.
Third Can I install HTC Cube which version if YES, link please, if NO, reason please.
Fourth I found a s/w xend-red-touchflo can this work in my phone, if YES, link please, if NO, reason please.
Fifth I had some problem with XDA-Wifi-Sharing s/w, I have posted the problem in a related thread, please help by reading my problem and giving me a solution.
I would also be highly obliged if all can send me a mail rather than just replying here so that I can expedite the process with the solutions.

maybe i can help you in something, excuse my bad english, i have a Htc Touch like yours. this is the forum of Elf: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=372
1 . Manila 3d is the 2.5 version or higher, our machines don´t have the requeriments to run it, i think the minime resolution is vga, ours is qvga .
2. WP7 need minimum 1ghz processor, we have 208 mhz. Elf only can upgrade up to wm 6.5.5, but if you want, can install some interface with skins like wp7 with this thread:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=649362, we use qvga version. there is other skins but for me this is the better.
If you want upgrade your device read this thread, this is the rom i use Onyx 6 rc14 with wm 6.5.5, really is faster than original rom. i recomend it http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=426540
