flash the stock rom
flash thru stock rom by sd card.....don't use radio 2.09...it's complicated as of now....

I trie radio 2.09 with tmous 2.10 and with some roms no boot,just stay at white screen htc and with last energy start up but have some bugs
I have the same problem. Was fixed when i flashed back 2.08 radio

Remove the battery for 10-30 mins then try to enter bootloader again, I have experiecned some serious issues around the 2.09 radio also.

how did you get it to turn on !!! my HD2 wont turn on the screen is 100% off and even the light that shows when is charging won't turn on !!!
once i've instaled leopard and before that radio 2.09... it booted and worked ok till first reset... when it froze...
i did a hard reset... via key press.... and without reseting it i conected it ti active sync and changed the radio...

ok i will tell you how to do it,do you have in your device HSPL2 ' HSPL 2.08,if yes then do Task29 wich you can find in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=644781 and if you dont know how to use it watch this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DtTDuc4V4cU it will show you,then get a Rom of Your Choice,i always recommend plp to Get Dutty's Rom for Base 2.10 T-Mob couse the Radio is Inside cooked,when you installed it do Hardreset and is all done,hope this will help you m8
Try to keep the phone with the battery out as pointed before. Then, in a few hours, try to put the battery back in and see if it starts in bootloader!

in the video it say i must get connect sync etc. my HD2 is like when you first get it (no life, it won't even show that is charging!!)
my HD2 wont turn on at all so my pc dont see it !!! i have a 100% black screen (no life)

Maybe it's coincidental damage. It may have actually died when u were flashing or after. Otherwise you only chance is to remove battery press your power on buttons w/out the battery (helps discharge any remaining power) and wait awhile, then try to turn on with just power plugged in and no battery, then with battery. If that doesn't work, then take it back to wherever you bought it and exchange. They won't know the difference. Make sure you remove your stuff from the data card first. Good luck..

I would contact GSLEON3 or jockyw2001 to see if they can help you with your problem.

i think you had a broken HD2...better return your unit for warranty...and check your sd cards heheheheh..

My 7500 had mobile 6 on it for a while and every thing worked great. I installed MichyPrima's 6.1 ROM spl 1.2 and everything works great EXCEPT no Wifi at all. Comm Manager will turn on wifi but when I go to Wireless Lan in the settings area and click on "Turn on WLAN" it works on it a couple of seconds and then nothing. I can not get the wifi to turn on. Is there a fix for this particular WLAN problem? Thanks.

Welcome to the forum.
I noticed that pdajoy helped you when you tried to load WM6.5 onto your athena.
This is an SPL 3.5 rom and doing this is probably what broke your WIFI.
It is mentioned a few places in this forum and wiki but can be hard to find the solution

Thanks for the info. I probably did something wrong I tried the ap 4.0 update and I bricked my 7500 the most I can get is my multi colored screen my computer does not recognise my device so I can not do anything else.

Don,t do the following till you have a bit of understanding of how you got where you are now.
.

Remove the battery for 30 secs(you should have already removed the sim and sd card)
.
turn on the phone (assuming you have the phone fully charged)
.
Press the camera button in fully and press the reset button.
.
You should now be in Bootloader
(if you don't know what this is you haven't read enough)
.
You can load a rom from here but it has to match the SPL that is shown in the bootloader screen.
.
The SPL should be either 1.2 or 3.5
If it is not, then you haven't unlocked your phone.
.
I am also guessing you have corrupted the phone id.
Please don't do anything more till you go through the above process and attempt to search for a solution.
I suggest you clear your attempted solution by asking here first

What can I do? Is there anything at all I can do with my 7500, I think I totaly bricked my device. It will not do anything not even the multi-color boot screen when you push the buttons. The hard reset does nothing at all and my computer does not recognize it at all. Is it just a "brick"?

sometimes the battery is not seated properly
try plugging into the mains charger and fiddling with the battery till the charging light comes on.
If this happens , let it charge till the light goes green and try what I said again

No, it is not bricked. You should just have to flash the Titan Unlocker, refer to this thread->http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=423177
That should get you going. After that you will need to flash a rom with radio.3.4+ (perferably 3.42.50), or flash the radio, then flash the rom.
If that doesn't resolve your issue just search for Titan Relocker

Dude I dont want to be mean to you but I have noticed the past couple days you jumping right in.. With knowledge or not.. What are you trying to do? Your answer is wrong as the User states that he is stuck in bootloader, to flash a bootloader needs to be done from a functioning OS.. Also by the looks of his bootloader it was never unlocked so how could he use the re-locker?
There are far more steps then just flashing an unlocked bootloader from where he is at in stuck bootloader. He may need to run ExitBootloader before trying anything depending on if he can reset the phone and it doesnt go right to bootloader (that would mean stuck bootloader)
Hint * Exitbootloader fix (if stuck in bootloader meaning even a reset will not get out of it), then Branded Carriers Stock ROM (User should know if it was GPS or not), then Olipro 2.40 Unlocked bootloader, then Custom ROM and GPS Radio.

Here I cringe and wince to have to post this link at ppc dorks but its the first thing I found with easy instructions. Read the part about the titan, disable usb connections by right clicking active sync icon in taskbar and then plug the phone in after putting into bootloader (i know its stuck, just do it anyways, power + camera + reset button for couple seconds) Then run the Exitbootloader.

Then from there follow my previous instructions, you need to put the Stock ROM back on the phone whatever carrier its branded to. Then while in the Stock ROM's OS re-enable active sync connections and plug the phone in and make sure its synced and working properly. Then flash the Olipro 2.40 bootloader. Then while the phone is still in the olipro 2.40 bootloader flash the Custom ROM you want to use and then the GPS Radio. Perform a hard reset and pull the battery for a couple minutes. Then you should be set to jet.

Make sure you are using Active Sync 4.5 and not using a Hub. Make sure to plug the USB cable into a main port on the PC. While the phone is unplugged. Manually put the phone in bootloader (power + camera + reset "little hole near memory card slot" buttons for couple seconds and release), make sure the active sync usb connections are disable from active sync connection settings on your PC's taskbar. Then plug in the phone (while in bootloader in to computer) and flash your Stock Branded Carriers ROM by running the Rom Update Utility EXE, RUU or exe however it comes. Once that is done you can unplug the Phone and let it boot up customize and all. Then re-enable the active sync usb connections in connection settings (PC Taskbar Active sync icon) and plug the phone in. Should sync up. Icon will turn green. Now flash the Olipro 2.40 bootloader and let it do its thing make sure to pay attention. When it is done it will still be in bootloader, then you can go ahead and flash your Custom GPS Titan ROM and GPS Titan RADIO followed by a hard reset and battery pull for a couple minutes.
You're a great teacher.. awesome step by step instructions... after all this, I think I'm gonna stick with the stock ROM ... so much for the flashing & all that !

No problem, well if you stay with the stock ROM stop before the Olipro 2.40 bootloader. That is for GPS ROM's only.
So if you are a little nervous and wish to remain stock follow my instructions up until the Olipro 2.40 part.
If you wish to continue and go the Custom ROM route thats up to you. Just remember if switching Carriers you need to Load PRL, Do PST and QPST settings. Plus the Custom ROM may need a Carrier CAB installed and registry edits for MMS. With my Custom ROMs you do not need Carrier cab or registry edits (but you still need to do PST/QPST and PRL) . I have 5 carriers to choose from right now for example.

If you are using Windows XP, Try installing these drivers to your Computer, restart your Computer, make sure you are plugged in to only a main port on the pc, unplug every other usb device just to make sure. and go over the steps again. You may need to pull the battery and let it sit for awhile, then put the battery in (do not power up) and charge for a little bit. Then try again.

No problem, I am pretty sure the Stock ROM you need to flash has to be NON GPS as per the bootloader that is on there now. Just making sure you know that.
Ok all I want is to get the GD my sprint stock 3.56 ROM back on.. but it only goes till 11 % & stops ..what the hell am I doing wrong ? Ryan you don't understand how much I admire your patience with dummies like me !

Try an earlier NON gps stock sprint ROM.
I'm so sick of looking at that SPL 1.20 screen... lol can we start from scratch again pls ? I know it is annoying

3.35 is still GPS. You need the NON GPS Sprint ROM.
i bought an used hd2..this hd2 wont boot up to windows it just stuck at htc logo..i was thinking theres must be something wrong with the os..so i think reflashing rom will be just fine..
first i check the spl and radio..spl is 2.08 and radio is little bit strange cos its 2.07.51.x i believe .51 is t mob hd2 version, but by looking its phisic i believe this is not t mob version..
so then.. i flash cottula hspl3, the flashing went fine..100% complete, after that i reboot to bootloader then do task29, task29 complete 100% , then i flash Omega sense rom, this rom flashing went fine too, complete at 100%.. but when it reboot it just stuck at htc logo, theres no radio information text at the bottom like use to be..
i wait for a couple minute, still no progress.. then i take off the battery, put it back, try to turn it on but it wont turn on anymore, i can't turn on to enter bootloader too..
so it is now completly dead, i make sure the battery still has power..i have another hd2 too..i use it battery but still no luck..i tried to plug it to charger..no red led, plug usb cable to pc no detected hardware..
i'm so curious what is the cause so my hd2 brick? .51 radio? should i flash .50 radio firts then winmo rom?

if the send key is greenm its tmous, if its white its regular.
However, if you say it came with a ..51.. radio and it worked, then it IS deffinately a regular, and not a tmous.

correct, the omega rom requires a ..50.. radio. Enter bootloader and flash a ..50.. radio and then omega will boot.

roms that use a tmous rom as their base (that means they unlock the 576ram,) require a tmous radio, , meaning one that it version 2.06.50.x or higher, otherwise they do not boot. It is not a problem, it is just waiting for teh correct radio. Enter bootloader and flash a radio. (exactly teh same as flashing a rom)
It doesnt matter if you flash teh rom first or the radio, it just scares you when you flash teh rom first and it doesnt boot. But its not a problem.

Hello, I have a problem with my HTC HD2, it doesn't want to start. When I press the power button I feel only a tiny vibration, but only when the device is connected to a power source. Without power source it won't do anything.
Things that I've done : The phone was stuck in bootloader with the error "Upgrade ROM Code Error , Please try again", it had SPL 2.08.0000 so I've flashed HSPL 2.08. After that my device wouldn't start.
Things that I've tried : Take the battery away from the device , connect the device to a power supply,wait 5 minutes then put the battery back on.
Hard-Reset.
Tried to enter bootloader.
Also tried to flash the stock rom, before flashing HSPL 2.08. My device was stuck at 0% with no progress what so ever.
Please help !

I just both a new HD2 from Amazon and the thing don't want to start.
I started first time and it crashed at the training for keyboard. I removed the battery and it didn't want to start again. I did the reset, hard reset but it stay with a white screen and htc logo on. Is not doing anything.
I tried also to start it without SD-card and phone card but no change.
What to do should I send it back????

battery out, connect to wall charger and turn charger on, insert battery, dont touch it for a good half hour. dont worry if charging light doesnt come on straight away.
It sounds like the battery is possibly over discharged. doing as i listed 'should' let the phone start charging without trying to turn itself on.

it's highly unlikely, but as with anything of this nature nothing is foolproof

bad news for you i'm afraid. i'm not aware of any successful fixing of radio update error.
Ok,thanks, I hope that the battery is the source of this problem,not the device .
I went today at a local service,they've told me that the battery is 100% charged. Unfortunately the problem is with my HD2. I left it in service and I will pick it up tomorrow repaired I hope. Thank you for helping me.

YOU GOT WRONG HSPL you should have 2.08. 6666 etc not 0000... I hope this helps

I knew I made a mistake, my question now is can it be fixed ?
Hi, I tried to instal Android 2.3 Gingerbread on my htc hd2 but when I installed MAGLDR it stopped working. I realized I had installed the wrong HSPL, but now it won't start or respond to a USB connection. I can't turn it on or off and it only shows a white image with HTC on it....Does someone know how to help?

pull battery, restart into bootloader, apply 2.08.hspl,restart.
My HD2, won't start up.
My plan was to remove an ICS rom, but during my reinstallation of an other rom everything got deleted..
Now my problem, it won't load into MAGLDR, I do have HSPL 2.08 etc.
Does someone have an idea?

Finally I was able to load my HD2 into MAGLDR so problem solved..
Before 1 month start all the problems.
My hd2 didn't load the system...
I make some tests and i have make an update everything to the last leo,hspl.
The phone after the update was ok but after a week stop working at all.
Black screen.
I have buy new battery htc official but still nothing.
It doesnt start....
Please help...

Is it a TMOUS HD2?

no doesnt light the led when i put it on charger.
I try with htc and they say 350 euro for changing the main board...
But after some hours i put it to another charger and the phone start in boot loader
mode.
i tryed to change radio bur crash and again the same stop working.

Today my hd2 start to the bootloader and with HSPL2_RUN i have downgrade hspl 2.08 to 1.66.
On the screen inform me success and again doesnt start up....
Probably the phone is ok but everything start with the soft...
but it still didnt start again.
Yesterday start 4 times to the tricolor mode
At first i have put the nbh file as the post to the sd and after downgrare the radio to Leo RADIO 2.07.50.27_2 from Radio_2_12_50_02_2.
The hspl became spl 2.08
After this again the same nothing and again didnt start..
I dont unterstand
i will try task 29 and after this i will flash oriinal rom if it starts...
All these say to me that it is not a hardware problem but only software...

If hspl.exe says success, but doesn't change when you go back into bootloader, this is often connected to a stuck radio.
The only thing I can suggest is flashing your phones correct stock rom from SD,and pay attention to the blue writing,see if any part fails.

By "wake up," do you mean turning it on?
If you're having problems turning the phone on, I usually have to pull the battery out for a good 5 minutes before putting it back in and rebooting.
My HD2 has the same problems as you man Hope there's a solution, and I really hope it's not a hardware problem. Best of luck to you!
