I read the guide modaco but I did not understand if this method changes my 00th final in 21 and then update the streak at 2.1. please help me understand whether this method was made by someone and if all goes well. I thank you in advance thanks

Hi there guys, long story short, I need to downgrade my Qtek 2020 (XDA 2 Himalaya) to win2003SE asap. I did put an effort to search in here and over at Buzz's place. However, I cant find a complete step by step guide to downgrade Within the zip file for upgrading to wm5 there is a complete guide but not for downgrading.
So, can anyone help me out about this? Would be highly appreciative.
I did find a thread at Buzz's but there were no complete instructions, so please dont just refer to that one, but rather just post a 10step (or however many steps there are) that I need to do.

However, on advice : use Ubuntu to work things out...
I dont want ubuntu, i want, 3.1 witz touchwiz...
You don't get it : using Ubuntu as an OS allows you to flash the Recovery (needed to flash ROMS) more easily than Windows.
Again : check the stickies ! Unlock your bootloader and get root is all you need.

I have a Motorolla Atrix 4G purchased from Bell. The phone was updated to Gingerbread 2.3.6 already.
I have rooted the phone following this guide http://androidadvices.com/root-motorola-atrix-4g-45141-gingerbread-236-firmware/
Using the moto-fastboot files from here http://www.android-advice.com/file-downloads.php?filename=Atrix_Root_Files
I'm trying to unlock the bootloader so I can ultimately install CM7, but my understanding from this forum sticky http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1160408 is that I can't do this without bricking the phone, since I had already done the official gingerbread update.

Except that guide and the warning sticky are referring to 2.3.4, not 2.3.6...
Could someone please lend me some knowledgeable input and/or guidance on this? Greatly appreciated, and thank you for your time.
Solved my own question. Phone is unlocked and functioning.
To anyone else who might be helped by this, that guide I posted DOES work for 2.3.6 on Bell... Even says so approx. 13 pages into the discussion (took me awhile to find it).
