My problem is that either when i try to make a call or receive a call the phone will put the call through speaker! and i can't take it off speaker.
I also have had a few occasions where it swaps from speaker to earpiece and back again on its own!!
Then today it was connected via bluetooth to my car kit and the calls were all put through the phone earpiece.
Have tried soft reset but to no avail, oh and before i forget im running Rom 1.43.206.4 on o2.

I wonder if it is possible to have a sound notification when a SMS arrives, also when I have my bluetooth earpiece active. I have the habbit of not holding my phone in my hand when talking, I most of the time use my BT earpiece.
Compared to my iMate Jasjar / aka HTC Universal, I had my phone lying on my desk, BT active, and earpiece on. So when I call came in, the phone ringed, and I picked up by pressing the button on my BT earpiece. When a message came in, the phone made a sound notification, both from the phone, and through my BT earpiece.
On my HD2 the phone rings as usual. But I don't hear a sound notification from the phone, I only hear it when I have my BT earpiece in my ear. But this way I need to have it in my ear all day (.
Is there a way to get sound notification even when BT earpiece is active and turned on?

I have a strange error with my Galaxy S3 when connected to bluetooth.
The first problem is that sometimes I hear distorted voices when answering or making calls and people say that they hear the same. Sometimes I just redial back and that solves it but sometimes I have to reboot the phone before it starts working.
The other issue is that while in a call I cannot transfer the call back to the headset. When I press the button and choose the headset I can hear the other side for about a sec and then it just disappears. Transferring the call back to the bluetooth sometimes help but most of the times I have to end the call and dial back.
This is really annoying cuz I make a lot of calls from my car and cannot exit the car before ending the call.
Worst thing is that my wife has an iPhone and that works great there!
Any suggestions will be welcomed!
I just got my alpha 850m and noticed that if I'm on a call using my stock car bluetooth speaker, when a another call comes in, the phone switches to handset mode. I have to now pick up my phone and switch it back to bluetooth mode to get the sound to come back thru my car speaker. My S4 never had a problem.
Anyone else see this problem?
Any ideas? I think it is a software bug.

On my Mega 5.8, whenever I call or receive call on Whatsapp, the other person can hear me, but I can't hear the other person when I'm using the phone's earpiece. If I plug in earphones, or put the call on loudspeaker, then I can hear the other person just fine.
I know the earpiece isn't broken because it works when I make/receive cellular and facebook calls.
Does anyone know a solution to this? I've tried reinstalling whatsapp, resetting the phone to factory settings, reinserting the sim card.
Every time I make or receive a call on Bluetooth in my car or headset, the phone makes a phantom call (fake call) after hanging up, and when that happens no media can be played, the only solution is to hang up the fake call from the car or to switch off and on the Bluetooth on my phone again.
I tried resetting Bluetooth I checked if I installed any new applications but I couldn't find anything.
