Issue with ES Explorer after moving to Vegan Ginger

All,
I upgraded to Vegan Gingerbread Edition without any problem.
Before performing the upgrade I backed up all my App Data
Including my purchased copy of ES Explorer.
I was able to restore my apps then I used NVFlash to change my BootLogo
I then sought to change the BootAnimation
Instruction say to longpress on the BootAnimation file to change the Permission
I don't have a permission option
How can I recover the apps I bought in the market
I've always had better luck with root explorer for changing permissions and modifying files like build.prop. As for getting your apps back, if your moving from a froyo based rom its best to download the apps from the market first and then use TB to restore app data only. Any purchased apps should show up in the "My Apps" section of the market.

[Q] easiest way to delete stock apps?

I tried deleting the .apk with root explorer,
the apk and .odex disappears from the category and is still in the the appdrawer, after a reboot i can see it again under system/app
This is a way but i don´t like it... to time-consuming.

I think the best way is via titanium backup, paul o´briens way (Force Remove App). But then i just can choose one and how fun is it to reboot every time when you have like 10 gapps you want to delete. Is there anyway to delete several in just one reboot?
also tried root uninstaller without luck

How to recover erased stock browser on prestigio 5044?

I tried to install aosp browser which is only supported for nexus devices, And now i ended up without my stock browser, bcs installing of aosp required to unninstall my old browser first. And yes it seems im an idiot... I tried to update firmware, to reinstall stock browser, but it fails bcs of browser.apk missing. Also tried to download browser apk from xda (blackhand's one i think) set up permissions and owner tru' the root Explorer, but firstly browser crashed with "unfortunatelly browser has stopped" error, but now it wont install at all, bcs i get parsing error everytime i try to install browser apk. I hope somobody smarter than me, can help me with this.

SOLVED.After hours and hours searching the internet i finally found and downloaded original stock rom, in dedex format, and then extracted browser.apk from it. After that i put broswser.apk into sys folder of phone(via Root explorer) and set appropriate permissions , so that they look alike other's app's permissions (rw-r-r in this case), then i rebooted my phone and Voila everything was fine, my old stock browser was back <3. I just needed to dload and install ChromeBookmarksSyncAdapter_blackhand1001.apk from this thread tnx to blackhand1001, so i could sync my boomarks from PC Chrome to stock browser on my phone.
Can u help me? I rooted my pap 5044, and deleted stock apps, but now that update came, i cant apply i cant install it. With 1.0.42 update, it also updates stock apps which i deleted. What can i do, how can i get those deleted aps?

Delete system/pre-installed apps on a rooted device

Hi,
I'd like to know how to safely delete system or ROM pre-installed applications that don't offer an "Uninstall" option. I am rooted and running 5.0.2 on a Nexus 6. I know I could do this with Titanium or other similar apps but my point is to not install a specific app just for deleting apps if I can find the correct path/file from Root Explorer and remove it myself.
Thanks

from my experience the best that you can do is to use root explorer and goto system/app or system/priv-app and delete folder-app you do not need, then goto data/dalvik-cache, search for apk name and delete also program *.dex, so this is a clean method, make a reboot for clearing apk data !
It's safer to rename the app instead of deleting it... "freezing" apps often just add ".fro" to the app's name (whatever.apk.fro, for example) to keep it from appearing in your app launcher or loading. If anything goes wrong because of the "missing" app, you can easily restore it.
