Can't locate restore file in ClockworkMod Recovery

I backed up my ROM before flashing UnNamed rom. I need to flash back to stock. When I go to Restore in ClockworkMod Recovery, no files are found. I can see my backup file on the sd card but not when I choose "Restore". I have the file also zipped on SD card and I've put it in the main directory on phone. If I try to load it from zip file, it starts but then says "installation aborted" after a few seconds.
Is there a certain place this recovery file is supposed to be located?
Or is there something I'm missing? Any help would be appreciated. I have the backup file and CWM is working fine, just can't seem to get the two together.
Thanks
supposed to be in
sd card/clockworkmod/backup/2011-xx-xx.xx.xx.xx

Thanks, that was it. I must have inadvertently moved or cut it. Put it back and I'm back in business. Thanks again.

Sorry about that.

emulating roms

Hey i got a question and it doesn't seem such an easy one. I am trying to use the android SDK emulator to emulate roms posted here in the development section. The problem is i can't really find a way how to do it. Some say that you can just replace the system.img file, but i can't even find that image file.. If i make a backup of my rom i won't obtain a system.img file.. only a system.ext4.tar file. I guess its caused by the fact my system is ext4.
You have to unpack the .tar file. If the links no use, just google 'unpack .tar' and a load of ideas will be there for you.

Oke the .tar file contains the system directory. If i create an .img file from this is it possible to load it into an emulator? y/n? it seems not many people are trying to do this or it is impossible. i don't know which one it is.

Can't find zip files via stock recovery to update

So I was going to root my galaxy s2 and first went into the recovery mode.
I went to locate the zip file to update through and I couldn't find it, I put the two zips needed in the main directory and when I go to recovery mode I can see my folders but not the zip files, I've checked twice.
Any help?
Solved
Sorry, I placed my two zips the internal sd but recovery was looking at external card.
My bad.

hey dude, at least dont be a noob when ur posting.
when u have new issue's please use the same thread u have created, by just editing ur thread title, rather than creating a new thread for each of ur issue's
u know what i am trying to tell u right.
so please see to it in the future, else people who really want to help will ignore u for the same.
because creating new threads unneccessarily and spamming is against XDA rules.
I understand, Its just I found I had a diffrent issue regarding SuperSU and not finding a zip file.
But I see what you mean and will do in the future.

hboot hboot 1.25.0002 and other questions

Hello, I have some questions and even though I looked I could not find a solution.
1) I have unlocked the boot loader and I do root, I custom hboot 1.25.0002 rom and I can put the 1.24.0000?
2) I tried to install a rom and I get error message in recovery that I can not put .. it is here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2113587
what's wrong and what I can do?
You need to change mountpoints in updater-script, there is a guide somewhere in Android Development, just search for it there.

I used this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2213663 but there was no change at least not to accept the rom I have problemI.
Replace updater-script in Half-Sense.zip using 7-zip on Windows (important!) with the one I attached to this post, should work then. Remove the extension first from the file prior to packing it into the zip.

ROM "CUOCO92" .7z format. How to install?

Doesn anyone know how it is possible to install a firmware in .7z format?
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=57909
LE_X2_X820_STABLE_018S_20160929_FSB_CUOCO92.7z
I am able to install rom in .zip format, through TWRP menu and then install the rom (rom is located in main root) but I don't know the procedure with .7z files and CUOCO92 (quite rude) doesn't answer to my question
You have to unpack the whole archive and run it on windows while your phone is connected with usb cable. It's basically a fastboot flash, you will lose everything, including internal storage content.
I understand Cuoco92 somehow. He probably had to explaint this multiple times.
And why did you post this in ROM section in the first place? This should go to Q&A or you could have asked your question in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/le-max-2/how-to/rom-cuoco92-multilanguage-debloated-t3395175 .
