Audio Problems? - Atrix 4G Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Has anyone had any issues with listening to music? I've tried Mixzing and PowerAmp, Bluetooth and wired headphones. While listening to music it randomly stop playing music. I will have to press skip on the headphones or open the app and start another song.

That wasn't really a solution?
This quick fix has worked for me: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=11606723&postcount=8
Also, please, can we all stop all the new thread on this one issue?
EDIT: What that guy below me said. i.e. DO NOT REPLY HERE ANYMORE
@OP: Please edit the title to [SOLVED], or continue discussion on the other thread.

Mobile Broadcast since going to CM10.1

pointless post, fair enough he could search but also you couldve explained more about the rule/guidelines.also its said that if you have not anything useful to post then dont
- to the O.P i think you need to look in your messages folder and its somewhere along the lines of service messages that will need disabling
Was not talking about the first rule. People should not post before reading the rules, there's nothing pointless about that
pointless as in meaning your not helping anyone in any way,let the moderators do there job and if you get the urge to help them then rightfully press the report button and report it,
Thanks to the person that actually helped. Looking into it that way. The other guy, don't mini-mod.. He's right, if you want to report the post, go for it - otherwise don't try bump your post count up here.
Cheers
I'm also getting this. turned off all mobile broadcast options in settings and still getting them. they are only area codes like 020 or 0170 etc. or strings of area codes like that. quite annoying
Suggest one of the CM discussion threads .
jje
Turn alert notification ON in mobile broadcast but untick everything else.
I have no idea why it's backwards, it just is.
Had the same problem (in UK too). Quick googling suggested to delete "Mobile Broadcast Receiver" application. Since then no broadcasts anymore!

I don't have this device but, your best bet is to post this question within the following Q&A thread that's specific to your device.

Finding Bluetooth bug in Logcat

I am trying to track down a bug in the logcat regarding Bluetooth on my device. I have a Moto G6+ and when LOS15.1 ROM (ROM Link - Sources) is flashed, we lose all calling via Bluetooth. We can not hear the person, and they can not hear us. We can, however, listen to music via Bluetooth. Here is my logcat: https://paste.ee/p/AQZqz
The times of the 4 phone calls are as follows:
22:58 (10:58 PM)
23:34 (11:34 PM)
23:37 (11:37 PM)
23:45 (11:45 PM)
Our devs don't see anything relevant in logcat but maybe an extra set of eyes can point out the problem for us.

I've never tried to look at a logcat file for this specific item but, I believe that one or both of the following threads should be helpful for what you need. Don't be afraid to ask for some member guidance within one of them too.

UNLESS asked to do so, PLEASE don't PM me regarding support. Sent using The ClaRetoX Forum App on my SM-G900V device.
Thank you for your response! I will see what I can learn/get help with from those threads. In the meantime, and maybe I am reading this wrong, it sounds as if maybe there is a better way to debug the problem?

Help with writing Xposed module to bypass audio recording limits.

Hello all,
I am interested in writing an Xposed module to enable all Android audio recording apps to have the ability to record all types of audio regardless of if a given app tries to block it, and including phone calls. Is this the appropriate way to handle the goal here? I believe I have tracked down the function calls in the Android API that need to be spoofed to achieve this, but I am still struggling. If I share what I have so far, would it be appropriate to ask here? I am not even sure if Xposed is the right way to go about this. Perhaps it should be done using Zygisk?
Thank you.

Hello.
I would like this!
Why just audio? What about video too?
What automated recording? I like it for VoIP and videoconferencing.

I apologize for the error. Even though I have been an XDA member for a while, I'm not one of the most active members, and therefore sometimes still struggle with navigating to the proper forum when asking questions. Thank you for pointing this out and correcting it.

Well, for video, there's really nothing that needs done that isn't already available in other Xposed modules. The only reason video recording would be blocked by an app is if it sets FLAG_SECURE, and there are already several Xposed modules that override it. Here is the one that I use on my phone: https://github.com/VarunS2002/Xposed-Disable-FLAG_SECURE
As for automated recording for VoIP and videoconferencing, that is outside the scope of what I would like to achieve with this module. Ideally, what I want this module to do nothing more than allows audio recording apps to access audio streams that they would not normally have access to. I am not sure if this is feasible though. Currently, all apps that have the ability to intercept audio streams that are not accessible through the Android API are closed source. The community needs an open source solution, and I would like to provide that, but I need help.
So, does anyone have an interest in this? Unfortunately I am kind of at a dead end until this is sorted out.
I'm very interested in this, but I'm not a developer unfortunately.

Thanks for your interest! If you know of anyone that is experienced with Xposed module development and would be willing to help me out, please pass this along to them.
Hello all! Is there still nobody with an interest in doing this?
I'm interested in this project as well, for change of that outdated VoIP recorder, but don't have any knowledge about it unfortunately, we have to somehow make more people know about this thread

Is there any way to make this thread alive and bring some developers? With new android versions upcoming and new devices, we won't be able to use boldbeast voip recorder anymore, and there's literally not a single alternative app to it, even cube acr isn't that good, can't record discord, skype, zoom etc..

I'd love to invest time in this again, but unfortunately, my personal life is packed with other things that are limiting my free time to further investigate this at the moment.
