This is my widgetlocker lock screen now:

I saw around here some nice theme with cool unlock slider, but firstly I can't find it and secondly I have no clue how to apply it.
Can anybody help me? Thanks!
Sent from my arc or optimus 2x

for slider, put the the slider theme(*.wltheme.zip) to /sdcard/data/com.teslacoilsw.widgetlocker/themes/
i still cannot give you an example file though (due to my still low post count)
i'm using htc theme by niteowl
you check more on here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=968613

Try that link the other guy posted, it got real nice lockers, in this thread they teach you how to apply it http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=825553
Also, try battery circle from the market and txtr clock widet, its really nice x)
You might wanna turn the stock lockscreen off though in case you havent.

thx guys, i will take a look
Edit: it worked out fine!

Don't you guys get heavy battery drain with Widgetlocker? Im using stock-rom and I used Widgetlocker with the iphone-unlock slider and time&battery status widget... but i get heavy battery drain.. any solution?

Nah,I use Widgetlocker with a slider and 2 Widgets on it.
Right now battery manager says "1day and 6h" (mostly in standby) and still 87% left.
No drain for me.

This is more the look what I like, stylish, simple and clean:

Maybe I have missconfigured the app. Do I need to remove or in-activate the stock lockscreen?
Sent from my LT15i using Tapatalk

I didn't do neither, just enable widgetlocker, which he did after downloaded from the market immediately. Works like a charm....

are there work around for the double slide lock screen on the arc?

A Thought - For the upcoming roms [Time Clock]

Like many of you guys, I really appreciate the benefits of a nice big clock widget. And I find the time on the application bar to be very redundant. I would like to see an option for that to be disabled in any of the newer upcoming roms. It will save precious space
Here's what it might look like

i still have to test my new services.jar maybe ill use both...

Personally I like having the time there. That way when I'm doing something like browsing the web I can still see what time it is. Comes in handy when I'm on my lunch break.

yeah, there will definitely be instances when you'd want the time there. i think an option to display it on and off would be very handy
Soon
This is an option on cm6. I really can't wait for that to hit our phones!

I have been rocking a white notification bar since day 2... I got the date and notifications text black... Whenever I edit the clock it fc loops..
I'm going to start looking into this..

It would be great if the time display in the menu bar could be dynamic. When in an app have it display, when on the home screen, have it hidden.
What power widget is that? Definitely more useful than the android one.
I got the gauge battery and the switch pro widget. Highly recommend it. There are many different configurations.

What clock widget is that? I've been going crazy looking for it.
Thx!
it's fairly straight forward to remove yourself if you like. If you check this thread; http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=780614 There's a walkthrough. But be aware on the SGS the line item numbers for the clock and alarm are different than what he shows in that thread.

MIUI Style-TencentDesktop- works perfect on Wildfire

Hi all,
I have found the MIUI style launcher , translated from Chinese to English,
tested it on HTC wildfire and it works perfect, tested on CM 7.0.3
except some Chinese words which appear some times in some apps and widgets.
it has themes and wallpapers that you can download online

yeah it comes with an icon pack, but the launcher sucks, it is smooth and all but icons are all over each other lol, its just messy, i tried changing the dpi from 120 to 110 to maybe make it better, nah the app just force closes, so, app looks like crap. its nice if you got a bigger resolution screen tho.
don't change the main theme and it will fit for wildfire screen
or look for themes with square icons.
other themes ( with round icons) icons go over each other.

Battery Percentage display

I received my Xperia S today and am very happy....
a couple of things I noticed...
1) on the status switch there is no battery percentage remaining. Is there some other widget or shortcut that has it? I know I can go to Settings/about phone/status. I want it on my homepage.
2) I notice with the email that I can set up multiple accounts. This is fine. On my Arc it would show both accounts and on the right side would be a folder. I could tap the folder and it would open the email account and go to the folder display. Now email just shows the accounts. When I tap the accounts it goes to the inbox and i have to hit settings and then folders to bring up the folder display. Not a big deal but different. Anyone else notice this or a workaround?
Thanks.
For the battery, I installed Go Power.
For battery percentage, you can use 'Battery Indicator"

The launcher doesn't seem to scale correctly and there are some other icons over the dock.
Sent from my MB860 using xda premium
you have to enter in launcher setting, now dock settings, then tap twice any option and back to launcher
Change the dpi to 270 and everything fits perfectly. I'd suggest an app like LCD Density Modder Pro so you can apply a permanent market fix. For the overlay on the dock I'd say turn on Tint AB and put the AB Scale to 1. Doesn't completely get rid of the overlay but it definitely makes it less noticeable like in my screenshot.

Best lockscreen app on JB?

Hi guys
Just got ahold of a superb white XT910 which I love to bits. However, the default Motoblur overlay seems a little bit dated to me or am I the only one?
As far as the laucnher itself, Apex pro and Nova prime seem to get the consensus on xda. What about lockscreen apps though? Found a bunch of apps that could get the job done and make the lockscreen look better. I was wondering what you gents and ladies who are running JB on the Razr had to say about them.
WidgetLocker would be my prime choice - Holo locker a close second. However before jumping the gun and buying WidgetLocker, I would like to know if it works well with JB : does it run well and not conflict with the stock launcher? Is it responsive enough? how energy efficient is it?
Any input about any other lockscreen app would also be much appreciated

How I wish I could have the white one, I can't find any white body replacement kit here in India. Can anybody help me get it?
Yeah the white one looks quite the part mate. Got it rather cheap too, i'm definitely pumped up about this phone ! Need to get some stuff sorted and then it'll be absolutely perfect :victory:
Alright so a couple pics for those who don't know what I'm on about :

Holo Locker
Alright, so I just went through the last couple pages from the WidgetLocker development thread, and it looks like the app hasn't received any major update for a long while now and people are having issues with it. Looks like I'll be giving Holo Locker a try, plus it's free so what the heck :silly:
You could give go locker a try, works pretty good for me,also free with lots of themes.

Thanks for your input mate. I considered Go Locker, however I'd rather use another launcher so that's why I did not mention it.
